WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A BODYSHOP EVER

1. Do not take your luxury/high end cars there. Firstly, as stated by themselves their best courtesy car is an Ibiza SEAT. As they waste time and hold your car for ages, you're essentially losing out on your car payments for your high end vehicle - they kept my car for c. 2 months, it would have been longer if I hadn't called constantly

2. Awful communication, changing stories/lies - Each call I was told I would be given a call back and never received one. Each person I spoke to had a different answer to my queries/changed each phone call

3. When I did finally get my car back, the multimedia system was not working - it had never had any issues in the 3 years I had owned it & I got it brand new from Audi. They refused to accept responsibility & told me to drop the car off in my own time during working hours if I wanted them to look at it.. No accountability or sympathy at all. They are over an hour away from me & only open on week days so was a huge inconvenience for me.

4. Failed my MOT as they had not done the work well & the locking wheel nut had fallen off. The MOT was done about a week after receiving the car & I had barely driven it since getting it back. This caused so much stress as I was due to return the car the following day. This also costed me additional money as I pushed back the return date to avoid additional charges/penalties from the leasing company

5. KEVIN (bodyshop manager) IS THE RUDEST NASTIEST BEING I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. He was consistently rude to me over the phone, spoke over me multiple times & even HUNG UP the phone after I had said there was no need to be rude. His colleague was with me at the time as they had finally sent someone to fix the wheel nut (after nearly a month and multiple calls that included different "stories" as to how they would resolve the situation) he was even shocked and clearly embarrassed by the way Kevin had behaved

WOMEN BEWARE, THIS IS ONE OF THOSE MECHANICS THAT TREAT YOU LIKE AN IDIOT AND TAKE ADVATAGE AS THEY BELIEVE YOU DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING

I will be making formal complaints everywhere I can to help others avoid dealing with such an awful company.

Had van for 7 months lied about ordering parts said have van back April 30 part was not ordered till May 12 Had van from January & done nothing got price for parts on March 16 but didn’t order till May 12 . The best bit put fake MOT on van . Have photos to back up Little update MOT garage is 4.8 miles round trip from workshop was told by mot station was drove there but miles on clock is 3 miles more than when it got hit so like to know how that works out

Paid for services that were substandard, not honoured and not provided. Then they refused to refund monies paid for no services rendered. Difficult to deal with, they ignore all communications and are rude and dishonest. Very disappointed but do not trust them at all.

My GT4 needed a thorough clean/valet after a 2000 mile road trip across France in some pretty foul weather. Lots of mud outside and inside!

I engaged with Kamil over email and he was always responsive, informative, very knowledgeable, and polite. I took the car into the VRS studio for a decontamination wash and interior clean, at a reasonable price for the car size.

Kamil was running a little bit late to open up due to Brighton traffic (which can be terrible) and he let me know this via a text message.

I'm very pleased with the outcome of the services performed, the car looks fantastic and has been put into winter storage. Next year, I'll look to some sort of coating with Kamil, as very happy with what he's done so far.

Recommended.

Can highly recommend them, a top job: Thorough, affordable, reliable and a great attention to detail.

Has an unfortunate rodent camp out in my engine bay. He died and left a horrible smell and mess behind. But kamil completely removed any sign of anything being there and made the engine bay and engine look like new. And at a very far price. Would highly recommend and I will definitely use him again. Top job🙏🏽👍

Kamil did a great job on my car. He worked very hard. It was so dirty that it took a long time
He was very polite and professional.
When he had finished the car looked like new! If asked, I will recommend him to friends and relatives.

Kamil did a fantastic job on my two cars took his time great worker and very professional knows what he is doing removed all the scratches from my bonnet and when finished the job both cars looked like they just came out the showrooms

I always use VRS on all of my cars and their attention to detail is outstanding!
This is the best place in the whole of the UK, and I would never go anywhere else.
They always make my cars look & smell amazing, and whenever I have a new car I make sure it’s booked in with Kamil asap , as he is a wizard when it comes to detailing & car rejuvenation.

Nothing short of a miracle. Almost a litre of paint gone, and immaculate and cheaper than competitors. Very polite and flexible too!!

I had an amazing experience with VRS. I've got a 7 yr old S3 that needed complete paintwork restoration and I also wanted ceramic coated, and treated inside.
What can I say. The car looks better than new! The paintwork is immaculate, the ceramic does its job so well and they cleaned everything, including the engine block.
Also, their customer service is second to none, Kamil was so pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend every time.

Kamil did a fanatic job of detailing and putting a ceramic coating on my Classic XJS - looks amazing and well worth the investment. Will be using these guys again.

Kamil and Max at VRS did an amazing job detailing my new M340i, the ceramic coating makes the colour look even better. It’s perfect and I can’t stop looking at it! Highly recommended!

Fantastic job by the VRS team on our Mini Cooper S, which was filthy inside with mud and dog hair from our St Bernard. Car now looks like new inside and out after a rejuvenation valet. We can't thank Kamil and Max enough for the excellent service.

Excellent interior valet carried out at a good price. All organised easily as well. Will definitely use again . Thanks to Kamil and to the person who carried out the work whose name I think was Max.

Kamil and his team did an amazing job on my Porsche Macan S this week. The exterior paintwork rejuvenation is amazing and all the swirls have disappeared. The interior leather is also like new.
The service was excellent with great communication and good value for money

Very nice job done! If dealership rips you off and give you car cleaned just the way you dont notice the details. VRS is way to go to get you car in very nice condition. Also Kamil is available for rectification, helpful advice and very human attitude. Thank you!

Had a complete valet inside and out last week on my much neglected car. Kamil did an amazing job and it looks better than when I bought it 3 years ago. I recommend him.
