Customer service never get back to me…
Customer service never get back to me about tons of spam emails after signing up. My data is not secure not private. I regret using this service since all my documents are exposed at this point.
Edit: company finally got back to me, and tried to make things right. But unfortunately most landlords don't accept this service for documents, so I had to upload everything directly with renting company. Wasted $20 and exposed my PII. Scam.
