My experience was fabulous and particularly so because it was easy to speak with a live person. Stefan was responsive over the phone and understood exactly what I was trying to accomplish and the assigned designer got it done thoughtfully and right and within my tight timeframe. Andrew, was also responsive in the on line chat. I feel that the company's staff really make a huge difference in my customer experience.

The accuracy and placement of the furniture was spot on. Everything looked as though it had been there when the photo was originally taken. It made my deliverable to my client so much more impactful. Even the style of furniture fit right in with our Hawaiian esthetic.

I love your service, but I did feel the furniture looked really fake this time, maybe the colors used. It just seemed artificial. It wasn't your best work.
