They get 1 star only because I can not give them zero stars. Save your money. They will take your money, irritate you daily with MULTIPLE emails, get you to spend a huge amount of time giving them a list of foods you can't eat for various reasons... They will take your time, promise a refund if unhappy and will then claim that because you got a custom plan( (that I never was able to use other than by screen shot on my phone) that your money isn't refundable. I never did get a consult with their diet expert. I have been busy coping with the 2 wks of wild fire evac notice we have been on.

Will Vince choke on my money?
I certainly hope so.

Recently I wrote a criticism of VShred saying their customer service to reach someone was unavailable for direct contact and that the app didn't work and that nobody was there to call me back , that all I got was texts. Today I got my phone call I needed in order to use my app. It took almost a week but I got it sorted out. I would like to retract my previous review as it no longer expresses my concerns.

it's been a month!

V Shred will not answer I put in an order and canceled with in a few hrs and asked for a refund their email they sent me said they would reply back with in 24 hrs and it has been 4 days and my number is 606 305 1414 so V Shred company if yall see this you know my info to give me my full refund...
