I placed an online order through the website for a speaker and a pair of wireless earphones (AirPods). I only received the speaker.
I have tried to contact the company through Facebook Messenger and the contact form on their website, but I have received no response. After further investigation, I noticed the company does not list any registration number, VAT number, or physical address, and they are not listed in the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
I now believe I have been scammed and would like to report this incident.
I can provide the payment confirmation, order details, and screenshots of my attempts to contact them.
