I have just had a website designed for me by VTS design. They have been excellent; really quick to respond and very helpful in every respect. The website looks great and reflects just what I wanted. Would highly recommend this friendly and professional company.

I opened my first website free with a company (who happened to be in California) on their own location, and no complaint, although on the very first day I received 23 e-mails offering to help me digitally, chiefly I think from India. At 120 e-mails I lost count, and think at the moment it must be about 180. Usually between 5 and 8 in my spam file at any one time. My personal details were shown all over the place but after several months there was no sign of the website on the main search engines.
Keen to have British help I went to VTS Web Services (based at Malton near York) because they had already handled the church website for some years. The advice was to open a website for my friend Gloria in her own name alone.
I was allocated a personal operator, Connel, who put Gloria's material on a separate website gloriasadventures.org.uk and it was very soon picked up by the search engines. Pleased with the success I shortly added a couple of separate pieces, then another five, which Connel happily and promptly sorted out from paper letters into web formation, immediately corrected to anything I mentioned, and added a Home page including a slide show.
It is now there and working. I am delighted and have been charged most sympathetically. My recommendation to anyone. Gordon Anderson.

Last year we decided we needed better service and performance from our hosting solution so decided to go with VTS Web Services.
It can be a bit hair raising moving an e-commerce site from one server to another but this (the fourth) time it was painless, in that they took it out of our hands and did all the work for us.
The hosting experience since has been exactly how you would hope, performance is great with nothing else to report.

More recently we decided our aging and clunky site needed a refurb so commissioned VTS to build us a new one. We are delighted with our new well designed and slick site, any snags have been dealt with efficiently and customer feedback has been nothing but complementary.

Would highly recommend on all levels, your site will be in safe hands.

Mark, Graham and the team at VTS have been absolutely brilliant and have totally redesigned my website, which had become very outdated and was not geared up for e-commerce. The new website is fantastic and is now an all-singing, all-dancing fully functional e-commerce site. I'm quite pedantic and sometimes felt guilty for wanting miniscule changes, but nothing was ever too much trouble.

Being a carpenter with very Limited knowledge of web design the stress of moving my website from my old host was 100% taken away from me by Mark at VTS Web Services, after spending quite a few hours searching online for a new host I came across VTS Web Services there customer feedback online soon put them to the top of my list to do further research on; all of which lead to me placing an order with them for my hosting.

The service I received was second to none, my website was migrated for me, email and mail boxes were set up, a testing url was given to view my website before I changing the DNS; a perfect ten out of ten service. Then to my happy surprise multiple different speed test tools revealed the web page download speeds had halved (all for a fraction of the cost of my old web hosts).

I also received a follow up from VTS a few days later, asking if there was anything else I needed help with, without any hesitation I would recommend VTS.

ive never had a problem with VTS design, they explain everything to you so you can understand it and very efficient. we have been with vts design for about 7-8 years now and i wouldnt use anyone else.

I've been with the VTS team from the beginning (since they took over my previous host company) and the services provided couldn't be any better. On many occasions when I had web problems or got stuck somewhere, I got instant replies when I needed help. This can be late night on Sundays or week nights, I always got replied to and had my problems solved.

A recent experience was trying to set up a mass email client in time for one of my events. As I was fairly new to this program, I just couldn't set it up properly and stressed cause I needed to email my subscribers in time for my event. Mark & his team was very helpful in setting this up for me. We had regular email exchanges day & night and not long after, had it all set up.

I can't thank them enough and would recommend them to whoever needs a good web host with excellent services.
