I would give - 5 stars, if possible. Hell, I even created an account here to write the review.
First order: product should be available immediately, but the an e-mail comes and says it is out of stock. Two weeks later, still nothing. We only found out by calling ourselves.
Second order: Ordered 5 products. 1 is available, 3 are out of stock and 1 is not sold anymore. If you go on the website, it's still there. Now on sales, - 20 euros. Could we get that? No, but try ordering it separately and pay the shipping fees again.
The service is crap, all the products online 'available immediately' are not available or take several weeks to receive. And the 'customer service'...? Well...... don't expect to be helped.

Avoid at all costs! Abusive commercial practices.
Like many people complaining here, I have had my worst online shopping experience with VTwonen. They advertise strong discounts to attract customers but cancel your order after a few days. I had the case with some discounted knives during their Sales this year. It concerned 4 different items, so no chance this was a mistake. No compensation was offered except a 10EUR discount on a next order (with a minimum order value of 40EUR and a validity of 30 days!!)
In my view these are abusive practices which should be punished by the regulatory bodies.
