the product is fine but the delivery -not your fault i think- was bad. I received half of the products. Still waiting for your answer in this question.

Great people to work with very helpful and polite

Initially disappointed when trying to order some trim online from them one night, because their fraud rules prevented them from accepting my credit card payment, I was later pleased when they immediately answered my phone call (despite being in a meeting) and gave me another way to make my payment. They also made sure my order was despatched straight away so that I received it before the end of the week when it was needed. I hope they aren't losing business because of their strict and frustrating fraud rules, because their service otherwise is 5 star.

Very reliable trustworthy company I have been dealing with vuba for the last year and have not had many issues , they are very reliable and trustworthy company delivery service is great and staff are amazing to deal with and we will be dealing a-lot more with them in the future

We have a small problem with our resin driveway. The chap who installed it, has long since disappeared so I found Vuba online and got in touch for a bit of advice. My enquiry was dealt with by Melissa Hulme who works in the Sales office. Melissa is a brilliant communicator, she listens and answers with detailed information and after a few emails and a phonecall, helped me to find a local 3rd party contractor who will hopefully fix the problem.

it is so refreshing to find hat there are still prople who appear concerned to satisfy the needs of a customer. And in this case, I have never bought anything from Vuba, they (Melissa) just wanted to help.

Delivery service excellent waiting to see how the product performs. We have applied 4 applications to a concrete patch with golden gravel clippings that we kept losing stones with floor traffic.
Had to put a lot of faith in Vuba Easihold to se if it will do the job for us, wait and see how it performs and stops the loss of chippings?
