SCAM!!
Ordered, told me the items are returned at Customs and they will process the refund. Never get any money back. Never responded to my emails.

SCAM!!

I placed an order 5days ago. I havent even recieved any confirmation to see when it arrives. I emailed and called the telephone lines multiple time nobody even answers. I feel like I have been con by this company and they have taken my money nearly around £300 for my products. I do not recommend.

crap place to buy stock they wont send your goods, and then u have to complain to Laybuy and get them to resolve it, they took their time too but eventually get your money back.

the guy who manages this company is not rude but he def is unethical, unprofessional and makes promises he cannot keep. stay clear

A few problems with delivery but they explained the problem and I received my purchase a few days later. I have purchased goods twice from this company and they even hand delivered once. Thankyou

I would give them zero stars if I could. Placed an order well over one month ago, paid an obscene amount for shipping. My order still has not arrived. I have sent countless messages to customer service and they have not responded to any except one message. They refused to provide a refund and simply responded to me that my package was “still on its way”. That was about two weeks ago and I still haven’t gotten an update or my package. I will be reporting this is theft and fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR.

STOP - beware this company will trick you into purchasing via Laybuy, they will then not respond to your messages calls and emails and NOT SEND your item out. You will continue to follow up with them to NO AVAIL. They will eventually leave you with u chasing LAYBUY to refund you and even that process in itself is long.
These people are FRAUDULENT AND WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. They do not answer their calls either.
STAY WELL CLEAR AND BE SURE NOT TO BUY YOUR GOODS HERE. IM CERTAIN THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE A FAKE!!!!

Amazing customer service and cheapest prices too!

Initially had a problem with my order, I did not receive the items but had an email from Royal Mail to say it had been signed for, explained to the company (expecting a big hassle) however I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised with how quickly, easily and effectively it was dealt with, they have agreed to resend the items with no hesitation, couldn’t be more grateful for the ease of this! Definitely restored my faith in this company and made me confident they will resolve any issues I may come across in the future wouldnt think twice to use again in future, Thankyou!
