Whatever you do stay away from this gambling site it's a scam so basically when I had bonus of 60euros I turned it to 1100euros and then suddenly it became 60euros again just because I had big wins.With the saying that 1100euros was bonus and it turned now to real money to 60euros.I have already also reported my complaint at ADR CURACAO

Scam scam scam, First of all I would give 0 star , but not possible. The Verification I have more than 30 rejected documents. Perfect documentsthat are been accepted everywhere. All attempts of withdrawals are been cancelled.

First i think this site a scam, because it need so much me document to confrim me identity, and then they wont accept me bank card because something is wrong with the site.. But when i confirmed all documents and got first withdraw me heat droped down. But im still concerned about that much document verification and givin so much info about me, to withdraw me money. I dont know how in others casinos site are with documents, but in here i think it was to much, i was talking with operator 3hours to confirm all documents, because they blocked me from withdraws because i wasint verified me acc.. So i just got 1 withdraw and will look how it goes forward.

I deposited 10€ somehow managed to get it to to 250€, then tried to cashout but it was 20x the deposit which means it would take 30days to withdraw. So I decided to just lose these 50€ on slots and have some fun for faster payout, so I got my balance to 198€ cashed out and affter a day I messaged support when will my money arrive they told me to verify kyc, so I did as I was told and just affter 5minutes affter verification I got banned for : Your account has been blocked for breaching rule 6.4 (providing false information). So It appears that I put in wrong name and surname on site and they doesn't match my documents. Contacted support told them that it was mine honest mistake and now I'm waiting for results from administration. Anyways won't recomend if I get unbanned I'll update the review.

First withdrawal, first problem!

I receive hundreds of emails a day with bonuses that are impossible to get, but responding to our emails, no response.

Only 1 week, I only lasted 1 week, and then I asked for the bill to be withdrawn. Well, problem, they divided the order into several installments and only paid 1 (the one with the smallest value) and the rest? I sent emails, chats... no one responded to anything.
This house shouldn't even be in business, and I only opened an account to test it, but it's going very badly.

They are not trustworthy, not even our own money, with the entire bill being sent at once, I think these are signs of financial weakness.
So, if you love your money, stay away from here.

I initially opened a VulkanBet account in May 2024, played for a month, and experienced a disappointing RTP of around 10%. Frustrated, I decided to close my account and requested all my personal data be deleted. Their support team confirmed that the account had been successfully closed and deleted.

Fast forward to November 2024, I decided to give it another shot, thinking my old account was gone. I opened a new account, deposited €20, and somehow managed to win €600. However, when I tried to withdraw, I was immediately banned for "multiple accounts."

I contacted support and spent over an hour trying to explain my situation. Unfortunately, the support team seemed either incompetent or indifferent. After much back and forth, they finally admitted that I did not have two active accounts—just the deleted one and the new one. Despite this, they refused to lift the ban.

Following this frustrating interaction, I sent about 10 emails to both VulkanBet support and their casino regulator, emphasizing that I hadn’t broken any rules. After nearly two months of waiting, I finally got a response. Now, they’re asking me to go through an extensive verification process involving countless photos and documents.

I’m still in the process of this verification, so I can’t say how it will end. If they eventually unban me and allow the withdrawal, I’ll update this review. However, based on my experience so far, their handling of the situation has been nothing short of disappointing.

Made a deposit 350€ on 11.10.2024 to place sportsbets, was about a week in, about 300€ profit, when I made the account wrote my second name incorrectly in my profile, when I added ID,cards,selfie 17.10.2024 they blocked my account for playing under someone elses name, “identity fraud”
Tried reaching out to 24/7 support and e-mail support - The decission is permanent and the adminstration has said their word.
Wouldn’t recommend this site even to my worst enemy :) rip 600+ eur

First of all I would give 0 star , but it is not possible. Verification I have several rejected documents. Perfect document that are been accepted everywhere. All attempts of withdrawals are been cancelled. Last my bet over 37.5 and score 27-11 at the end been cancelled and now is loss. The chat gave no reason for that , the chat do not know why verification documents are not accepted. The best you can do is stay away!!!

I can responsibly tell you this is a scam company, please believe me, this is the worst bookmaker I have ever seen, as most people have experienced, I have just been locked out of my account, and I did not violate them The rule mentioned and the reasons they mentioned do not exist. When you ask customer service for help, they just talk to you. I hope everyone who wants to choose this website will give up this idea, they will not reason with you.

SCAM!!! Stay away from this site, whenever you try to withdraw money they say you broke the rules and they block your account and steal the money

Im depositing more than 120€. Win 220€ when i want withdrawal there blocked my acc because im a multiple acc. Ok, but give back my deposit if you not payout withdrawal.

Every thing okay until you try to withdraw…. They asked me for a lot of documents and finally after 3 weeks they answered me that my payment is being processed and it will take up to 14 working days. Even though it says 5 days on the website . I thought wherever but today they contact me saying I need to download more information¿? It’s a joke and with so many complains I don’t understand how they still exist. I will take them to court

First of all, if I could, I would give 0 Stars. Depositing is easy, doesn’t matter how much you top up, it instantly gets taken from your cards balance and transferred to your Vulkan balance… but as you start winning, they want you go through a horrendes verification procedure where you need to send them privat bills and screenshots of your bank accounts… whatever as I sent over everything, they verified me and I thought I am able to withdraw my stuff… as I tried to withdraw roughly 6k they told me not to withdraw more than 200€ at once due to technical issues (every other site is able to pay out everything within 48 hours) but fine I sent out 25 200€ withdrawal requests and I thought I‘ll get it within the next few days… now (3 days later) they payed out 200€ and told me they will just pay out 200€ every 24 hours due to (again) technical difficulties…. This is just pure scam and they want you to reinvest your winnings by just exhausting you…. Avoid this site!!!!!

been there for more than 2 years because im stupid and have too much money - but these guys are from hell - dont play there, is 10% for you 90% for them - unless its free money then you win alot!!! untill you hit wager, u cant hit anything - its insane they exist
