They don't fulfill order and then blame the customer? I don't get how this company even exists... worst customer "service" I've ever received. They wanted me to get in touch with the carrier? Isn't that their job? They didn't even refund me.

Customer service will just give you the run around with no conclusion. You might spend $300 and just never see your order and they will indefinitely say "an expert is working on it" with no resolution. Good luck hearing back!

Super comfy clothes - and nice Covent Garden shop although a bit small.

I first bought 2 pairs of Vuori performance joggers during the pandemic. They were the softest, most comfortable pants; they were also SUPER flattering. Because I loved them so much, I justified how pricey they were. Fast-forward 5 years later, and I ordered two more pairs! Imagine my disappointment when I noticed the material is different - a little thinner and not as soft as the original pairs! - and they also fit differently. They hug my legs and look more like leggings. I don't think I'm going to keep them. Very sad, because I was really looking forward to my order.

I've been wearing performance joggers for years and have many pairs. My last ordered arrived and I immediately washed them so I could wear them. Imagine my annoyance and disappointment when I put them on only to find that they were bigger in the waist by over an inch than any of my previous pairs. This sizing issue is unacceptable for such pricey pants. And because I washed them, they can't be returned so I'm out $300.

Sick of being bombarded with their adverts that always cause my browser to crash

My fiance purchased a pair of the ponto performance jogger for me for Christmas. I was super impressed with the material and comfort at first. However they quickly became pilled like some cheap microfiber sheets off Amazon. I tried to write Vuori and let them know and they said I could only return them to the store. The customer service left quite a bit to be desired as they were terrible and do not stand behind their product. Poor quality for the price. Go to Lululemon instead, they at least stand behind their product.

Accidentally forgot to input the discount code. The order went off and I contacted customer information five seconds later to see if they could apply the code or cancel the order. They said even within one minute they cannot cancel the order and cannot apply a discount code. They suggested I return all the products and re-order them again. I suggested this was bad for the environment and they said this was not their problem. Clearly not caring about the environment and unhelpful as a company.

Vuori is seemingly high fashion in the leisure clothing industry these days, but the product is just so so, way overpriced, and customer service is non existent. You can definitely do better purchasing from other leisure wear vendors. Much better...

Terrible website takes your payment without letting you change shipping settings. Customer service refuses to correct anything even if you act right away. Their only solution is to buy more stuff. These people are scammers stay far away, you can find better gear from reputable sources.

Vuori is my preferred athleisure brand. Their quality is unmatched and their sizing is consistent.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They added a subscription to my account without my consent, and when I reached out to customer service to cancel it, I received no response. This lack of communication and transparency feels incredibly unprofessional and misleading. I would caution others to think twice before purchasing from this company.

make sure you check your receipts as it appears vuori is trying to scam you by not refunding you the full amount - easy to miss and I'm sure they are counting on people not catching them! my receipt shows a a return subtotal of 126.40 and 7.58 tax which would equal a return of 133.98 yet the return total shows 128.50 and thats all that was refunded! I reached out to get their help and online support was not efficient or helpful!

They let you order on a .co.uk branded website which clealry says free returns but if you try every single item says “international returns ineligible” WHAT A JOKE

I have ordered first time on website. Vuori is shipping from California. Due to companies location outside of EU I had some questions about import process. The customer support was very helpful and replied fast within the working hours of US time zone. The fitting of the jacket is great and looks really good. Over-all experience is very good. I just have one remark: The packaging... In this priceline I would spend more attention to it. Thanks

Some ridiculous reviews here. I've bought numerous items from Vuori with never an issue or complaint. Online or in store the experience has been consistently good.
Quality and style are excellent. Shipping fast and responsive customer service.
I couldn't be more pleased with Vuori!

I had an awful experience with Vuori where payment failed with several different debit and credit cards via all their different payment methods. They clearly have payment processing issues with the UK. Customer service was rubbish. They initially apologized, then said that they had escalated it to their leadership team, before I finally got an email from them saying that they could not serve me at this time, without any further information or explanation. They've successfully turned off an enthusiastic customer. If you are in the UK, avoid.

Bought a T-shirt and board shirts and the quality is really bad, after two washes the T-shirt looks balled up and old ! Really disappointed considering the price , I would never purchase their items again … vs gant or others really inferior quality.

Loved their clothes while on holidays in Seattle. Bought a top and joggers for about $300 AUD. Wore them on my flight home to Australia but the act of carry my babies nappy bag on my elbow crease through the airport has ruined the top, terrible pilling on the inside of both elbows. For the price it’s not the quality you expect. I thought by reaching out to Vuori directly they might be keen to remedy the issue but they kept passing the buck back to the retail store in the US I purchased from, which as I’m back in Australia isn’t really worth my time or expensive. Very disappointing experience.
