Vertical Ventures Inc., operated by Tasfiq Rouf, was a deeply disappointing experience. The company was hired to manage and fulfill an Amazon FBA/FBM store with the expectation of professional operations and reliable order fulfillment. Unfortunately, the opposite occurred.

Due to severe mismanagement, approximately 95% of orders were canceled and refunded because they were never fulfilled. This resulted in significant damage to my Amazon account, including poor metrics and ultimately the loss of the store.

Communication was extremely poor. Responses were often delayed by weeks at a time, with explanations that he was managing multiple businesses and overwhelmed. After long periods of no contact, issues remained unresolved.

When I requested a refund—especially after my Amazon store was effectively destroyed—the request was denied. Despite still holding my inventory, I was told I would need to pay additional shipping and stocking fees to retrieve products I can no longer sell. This felt unreasonable given the circumstances and the losses already incurred.

Sales declined rapidly, operations were mishandled, and basic service expectations were not met. The company consistently overpromised and underdelivered, causing measurable financial and reputational harm.

Based on my experience, trusting Vertical Ventures Inc. with an Amazon store was a costly mistake. I strongly recommend that others proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly vet alternatives. I am also not alone—there are multiple clients seeking answers regarding similar unethical business practices.

What I got instead was severe mismanagement and a business that was quickly run into the ground. It ended with Tasfiq stealing all my products and not sending them to clients. In result, I had to pay shipping fees and return products that customer never even got. When I brought it to his his attention he got got defensive and terminated my store.

Before all that, sales declined, operations were poorly handled, and basic expectations were not met. Communication became spotty, problems piled up, and there was no sense of ownership or accountability for the damage being done. When it became clear things were going wrong and I pushed for answers or a resolution, those requests were avoided entirely.

This "company" overpromises and underdelivers in a way that can seriously harm your Amazon business. Trusting Vertical Ventures Inc. with a store was a costly mistake, and I would strongly warn others to look elsewhere. Note, I'm not alone, there are a team of us seeking answers to his unethical and fradulant work.

Very happy to have partnered with them. Transparent from the beginning and meeting expectations along the way. To anyone looking for an Amazon store, all i suggest is have flowing capital. Once you see those consistent orange bars and it stops because of capital, it sucks haha.
