I applied for an advanced DBS back in April. I initially received a reply via email, but the link provided didn’t open. Since then, I have emailed, phoned, left voice notes and had no reply.
The phone line provided on the email is no longer in service, and the website is currently down. Would not recommend this company. Currently seeking advice from the bank on refunding my money.
I used the service in June and although t received email of confirmation I have never received a certificate and no email to contact them 🤷♀️
I’ve ordered a crb enhanced check over 3 weeks ago uploaded details paid money no contact since wrong contact details no answer scam ?
Really bad service!
I have sent an email for update on my dbs over 7 days and still no one responded to my email.

At first, I am quite hesitant to use their service reading the reviews but wanted a no fuss dbs certificate with no signing up.
During the whole process they keep you updated and a couple of email from them requiring additional documents. It took 2 weeks for my certificate to arrived which is better compare to other company I've used before.
Overall service, I'm very happy and certainly will use again with no hesitation this time.

This company is a scam. They ‘applied’ for my enhanced DBS that still hasn’t arrived over 3 months later.
They made me pay £121 in total to include the update service and a ‘fast track application’ which is false as they is no fast track service and they cannot register to the update service on your behalf. I reported their actions to my bank and thankfully received a full refund.

This is a scam do not use their services you will be scammed.
Do not use them to get your DBS.. try others I’m sure wouldn’t be so many lies
Fast service? No chance, I’ve paid £100 for a fast service I’ve been told will take 2-7 days, it took 4 weeks to receive it!
And I need to apply again with someone’s else as they messed up , it’s no what I need regardless I applied for an enhanced DBS

My experiece with then is positive.I got the certificate in a timely fasion.
I don’t want to give even one star they don’t deserve even one star. They promised ( false advertise to get customers) give results within 48 hours. worst thing is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! It’s always goes on voicemail. More than a month now still waiting????
This company needs to be closed down. Firstly don’t pay the extra for an express service they will take two weeks to send your certificate. The digital summary report they send you in advance has no information on it, it is an acknowledgment receipt at best and is useless. I ordered an enhanced DBS to include child barred list, the certificate arrived saying child barred list not requested. They claimed they had a limited selection of options on their application drop down menus and knowingly requested an application that did not meet my needs. They also knowingly listed my occupation, title and work place incorrectly to meet their drop down menu options. What they do is bordering on fraud. I have reported them to the Gov DBS service. They also would not offer a refund after issuing a document that could not be used.
Amazing service highly recommended superfast and got my checks on same day.
They have spelt my name wrong on the application, they have shown me the application form and it clearly has my name spot correctly put on my DBS. It’s spelt wrongly despite them giving me the evidence that they’re in the wrong. They’re all willing to accept this and willing to refund me or sent another DBS form for me, I’ve been in contact with him for three weeks now and this is still not resolved. I’ve asked for management to contact me several times again. Nothing very poor customer service I’ve paid £80 for this and the name spelt wrong which they don’t seem to understand why this is an issue.
I have asked to speak to manger and they are refusing.
And the person that wrote the 5 start review works for them after I wrote this review. So instead of replying to me and addressing the issue they are making false reviews.
Shocking service from start to finish, decided to go with the more expensive option online thinking this will help and speed up the process. couldn't be more wrong in this case.
