My daughter ordered an item, was hit with all the add on items while checking out and thought she was upgrading, instead it was adding multiple items to her cart. Delivery was made and two of the three bottles were broken and the scent want horrible. I have been contacting them for months to return/receive credit. They will not give me a number to call and will not return my emails after months of trying. SCAM!
These guys are scammers!!! 6 months and my delivery still has not arrived!! Do not buy from them!! They will steal your money!!! Ever couple of weeks I'd email support and I'd get a response once every two months that they were going to check with the carrier!! Completely unacceptable!! I've lost my money and don't want you to lose yours too!!
I ordered directly from the vygcharm.com website 22 Jan 2024. I was hit with a currency conversion fee to GBP 2 days later. I got a notification from some unknown tracking service out of China which claims it hit LA and was transferred to domestic mail on 8 Feb 2024, package still hasn't arrived and it's 28 Feb 2024. Contacted customer support and still have had no response to my inquiry. I'm pretty sure this biz is a scam.
Update: 20min after posting the above review I received an email from support_at_vygcharm_com.
"Please allow a few business days till I get back to you."
... well, at least it's not a dead address....
I order 2 bottles,and only one turned up ,and it was smashed ,as there was no proper packaging inside.waste of money
