My purchase was exactly as shown and described and one of the most clever and useful pieces of garden equipment. After I cleared my patio I loaned it to my daughter and she was very impressed at how easy it was to use and did the job.

I was very pleased with almost everything regarding the whole process from ordering right up to delivery
The only minor complaint I have is when I was tracking my parcel it old me it had arrived in Ireland and then no update until it arrived sometime later

My major concern would be that they use Fastway which jut leave parcels on top of hedge at roadside or throw item over the gate. All other couriers deliver to the door.
This would cause me concern were I to place another order

just a box of fiddly parts.

I emailed Vyjoy to request a refund and to date I've not had the courtesy of a reply

Scammers, still waiting months after ordering and they say it was delivered without any proof.

Ordering from yourself is very easy,good prices ,just wish delivery was faster

I bought what looked like beautiful conical coffee cups that sit on a stone base - took a while to arrive.
Bashed unimpressive packaging for the cost (these were not a cheap as chips item and were to be a gift) and one arrived minus the base so useless as nothing to stand it on when not being held so unless you are an accomplished coffee cup spinner a now pointless item. I have emailed customer service twice without so much as an acknowledgement let alone any attempt to resolve the problem. Do not touch this company with a barge pole.

Overall ordering and notification of delivery very good

The item is not fit for purpose i dont know how anyone could sell this and says makes the job easier not true disgusted also the length of time i had to wait wont be shopping with this company again.

Easy to order kept updated on the order it arrived well packaged and delighted with the purchase does the job
