I am not inerested in whatever Vyntral purport to selll, but beware, I was tricked into entering my credit card details into their website, when I thought I had downloaded the APCOA parking app. Realised too late, so cancelled the card.

Revolut - pre paid card - alerted me re they had stopped a £39.99 payment to this company . Hassle as now had to order a new card but glad they did all the same

Scam beware I had a payment of £39.99 stopped by bank as it looked suspicious fraud squad phoned and said I downloaded an app by QR code ( gov.uk) that then linked it to my Apple Pay on my phone
cards are stopped and awaiting new ones these scammers are getting very clever

This is a Scam. BEWARE!

I'd never heard of this company until my bank alerted me that it had tried to take £39.99 from my account!

Used my card to verify country of origin to register amazon fire stick. Vyntral never heard of them not in registration process. Then they tried to set up a reoccurring payment of 39.99 per month. Total scam needs investigating by fraud police. Luckily my bank spotted the scam and cancelled any payments

Tried to take money via Google pay, never subscribed or heard of this company, total fraud needs investigating by police and fraud squad.
Fortunately my card provider messaged me to say unusual activity and blocked payment.

Checked my Barclaycard statement and found a £39.99 amount had been taken. Never heard of Vyntral.com before and had not paid for anything from them. SCAM transaction.
Barclaycard were brilliant and have refunded the money.
BEWARE and always check your credit card statement.

This is a SCAM. I was alerted by my bank HSBC to a suspicious transaction for £39.99 on my Mastercard. When I reviewed my statement there was no transaction - presumably due to the bank's actions. In my junk folder I found an email from 4th July entitled "Upcoming charge for your subscription to Vyntral" warning me about a regular payment becoming due for £39.99. Then after 2 days another email on 6th July entitled "Your request to unsubscribe from Vyntral has been processed". When I checked my statements I had 2 other historical payments on 14th May and 16th April both for the same amount to 'EURvyntral.com Mitcham' . I have reported these transactions and this is being processed by the bank / card issuer. I have since been issued with a new credit card.

Vyntral are scammers. Beware. I was updated on my google account and this scammer took over. They already had my barclaycard details and were going to charge me 39.99 monthly. I stopped this at my bank. But it is still showing as waiting to process, despite me calling my bank.

Thought I was signing up to pay for parking. Asked to verify £0.00 payment and the £39.99 pending in bank account. Went onto website (as bank can not dispute whilst pending) and email not recognised.
Looks like will have to set as a fraud from reading reviews. Still not able to sign up for parking (mipermit).

I received an SMS text from my bank as follows:
"If anyone calls to ask you for your passcode, hang up
Your passcode is ###### for payment to vyntral.com from card ending #### for 0.00."
This was dated two days ago, but I didn't see the message until today. This morning I got a landline phone call from my bank asking if I had approved this transaction as the "0.00" was now £39.99. At no time did I supply the passcode for this transaction so my question is, how did this company get hold of the unique passcode to enable them to validate the transaction, because I certainly didn't approve this? Can SMS messages be hacked and controlled? If this is the case, should I be considering involving the authorities?

I appear to have £39.99 taken from my bank account and paid to this company. Is there a scam going on here. Others tell my that while logging into a parking app some intervention is made with this company..i cannot contact Vyntral by phone ...so I'm having to try this way

I was signing up to a parking app and their link was on it. I thought I’d authorised 0.00 payment for parking. Part of the scam is that it’s an automatic subscription after 2 days. I did get an email in my spam on the day saying 39.99 coming out soon just didn’t agree to the subscription. That emails was also bound to end up in my spam the way it’s designed so it was always going to be seen too late.

I never signed up to this company. Found two payments on my credit card.Checked Trustpilot and to my horror I am by no means alone, such a scam.
No idea how they got my info. My bank is dealing with it as fraud.

While pairing a smart watch I was asked for card details, presumably to buy apps and the like, no suggestion about vyntral.com, a couple of days later £39.99 was taken from account, no mention of subscription when asked for card details, can't do anything at moment as payment is still pending.
If asked to verify card with a £0 payment, BEWARE.
Cancelled so called subscription and hope to get refund off bank when it's physically taken

Had an issue with this scam. Purchased a meta quest vr headset from John lewis. On opening sealed box there was a qr code which we scanned as per instructions to set up headset. Asked us to give card details to proceed. Found out 2 days later that they had taken £39.99. Cancelled card and informed bank. Please be aware.

Don't know who they are but they tried to take money from my account - without my permission - managed to block it, but be aware, total scam

I was duped into signing with this company thinking I'm registering on u.co.uk!
Saw charge on my account and bank said I'd initially authorised a £0.00 charge. I confirmed that this was with u.co.uk and not this company, and they have said they'll try to dispute it.
My question remains that why are we the consumers being left to deal with this fraudulent company? From the reviews on here,it's clear that these people are scamming us? Aren't they not supposed to be prosecuted and stopped?!
