Repaircost (replacement of the glass front of the watch) 10€ higher than the watch did cost me.

w-support.com - Excellent, professional, efficient.
My 2017 ZTE Axon 7 came with a three-year warranty. It is a superb phone. However, In December 2019, the phone malfunctioned. As I had purchased the phone in Germany, ZTE advised me to return it to w-support.com who were the authorised support/repair for ZTE products in Germany. The service was prompt, efficient and professional. w-support.com replaced the phone with a new model. This was excellent service. Well done ZTE and well done w-support.com!

Fairly easy process getting my ZTE…
Fairly easy process getting my ZTE device that I bought in 2017 repaired within the warranty. Talked to them on the phone, asking if they spoke English: the representatives' answer was "No.", but he quickly changed his mind and spoke English just fine ;)
Shipped my device to their shop in Germany, repair took about a week, and they kindly replaced pretty much all parts for free (new display, motherboard, camera and outer casing). Glad they honoured my warranty.
Great experience overall.
