I bought two of the Crazy Cap Pros and used them while traveling. They charged fine and appeared to work for about 5 months. The next trip - less than a year later, neither would charge. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company but no response. Amazon agreed to initiate a warranty claim, but they obviously have also had trouble with them and won't respond to my follow ups either!
(Not sure how Trust Pilot works - how do 12 1 star reviews equate to a rating of 1.9?)
DO NOT purchase this product!

Sent them many emails as the product doesn't charge anymore. Never answered back. Never buy from them, the product will stop working.

bottle stopped working after a couple of weeks. won't send a pre-paid postage for returns. buyer beware

Terrible. Expensive bottle worked for a month and now the cap won’t charge. There’s no way to get ahold of them.

The WAATR company has defrauded many Kickstarter backers who contributed to their campaign and have not received anything,
The company was dissolved to evade any liability.
However, the scammers have re-appeared and are now operating @ waatr.co.uk.
No doubt selling products that were never delivered to Kickstarter backers.
Kickstarter backers should refer to waatr.co.uk for a refund.

This so called Dr or who ever is behind this brand is just not worth the respect of serious innovation supporters. As a original supporter (in 2021) in KickStarter and like many here, I'm yet other still dreaming of getting my order! Throughout the process they asked for more money twice! This is just plain old stealing of the modern ages. DO NOT TRUST OR ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND!
I have not given up yet but haven't received any responses to my emails.
I now invite all here to hit their social media accounts and let others know...

Completely unreliable company. Don't do business with it.
I pledged on Kickstarter. When they were supposedly shipping the orders nothing happened. After many many emails I finally got a reply. They shipped me my Kickstarter order (half a year later) but it was incomplete. After that: no way to get in touch with them, again.
I paid them a lot of money and got a shitload of frustration in return. And I still want the missing items shipped to me, I'm pretty mad by now.

These people are scammers who have managed to get hundreds of thousand of dollars of hardworking people’s money with the promise of delivering a water bottle . Instead of honouring their promise , they chose to leave all those people that helped bring this product to market high and dry and refuse to refund their money or deliver the product . Please stay away from these scammers .

I don’t know how this company has a 4.2 star review when everyone reviewing has given them 1 star!!

I’ve also tried to contact waatr through their official page, and thought things were turning around when they actually responded within 24 hours. They changed my items and charged me my final $20 for shipping and said they’d send it priority and I’d get a tracking number once it sent… 8 days later I get a email from Dr. Scammer saying I owed another $25 for shipping… I had been trying to get in contact with his team, through the email he provided, for MONTHS since Xmas, this email I received was March 6! The only responses I received from the waatr Kickstarter team were measly let me see what this is about and thanks for your patience!
I have again emailed the waatr official page to see if their team could rectify the situation, and again all I get is I’ll forward this onto the Kickstarter team! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I want to bash my head in.. their waatr official team is just as stupid as their Kickstarter team! Bunch of f***ing scam artists! Been 4 months I’ve been trying to get my s**t or a refund!

Like my fellow Kickstarters below.... very disappointed with this. Had all the makings of a great scheme.... loads of updates but then... nothing since December '22 and all means to communicate with them via kickstarter waatr.com gets ignored. Both their Waatr sites responded to my emails today within 24 hours... and have pushed me from pillar to post suggesting kickstarter waatr.com well.... funnily enough tried there and get no response... but immediate answers from their official site where they are freely selling them from. Cheers to us who backed the project and got it off the ground. Next stop my credit card company for legal support

Scammer, fraudulent, charlatan.

When it comes to WAATR, no other words come to mind than those. Meaning it is better to stay away from any of their products, websites, kickstarters, indiegogo and other backing platforms.

I backed a product and never received pledge, only updates on how they plan to stall us, the backers further.

Should rename himself to Dr. Thief for stealing so many peoples money and getting away with it

Another Kickstarter supporter who has yet to receive my two water bottles and additional filters.. even tried to contact them through their waatr website after they wouldn’t respond through Kickstarter, and I still haven’t heard a word!!

Both Indeigo and Kickstarter campaign WAATR have had little to no communication with their backers and have now been sighted selling the same item on their website with a 2 week delivery yet backers are one year on and have not received their product as yet. The project owner does not reply to any questions and only give an update every month or two after being pressed by platform support.
