I PAID MORE THAN 1000 EUROS FOR 2 DAYS

I PAID MORE THAN 1000 EUROS FOR 2 DAYS - BIG MISTAKE!!

Facilities are fine, can't really complain, although the inside pool water was colder than it should've been and there was no heating in the room on 2nd of January, the girl at reception brought us an aerotherma device to warm the room.

BUT, generally speaking the staff people - big No no.
I got food poisoned from one of their fruit salads at breakfast (most probably because it was god knows how many days old) and they told me it wasn't their fault but mine because "you can Google food poisoning and you'll see it takes at least 48 hours to settle in" - wow, the reception girl is now a doctor.

Basically I was puking my soul out in the bathroom, my gf was talking to them, they told her they would send some medicine to our room and 5 minutes later they called back telling her they changed their mind and it's my fault - absolutely horrendous.

The evening before our checkout we asked for a picnic (a breakfast to take away) because our flight was early in the morning and we wouldn't have time for proper breakfast.
They said make a list with what you want and someone will come to your room to pick it up - no one came and we didn't even bother anymore with them.

During the checkout morning there was NO ONE at the reception (6:00 AM) and the doors were blocked!! - basically our Uber was waiting outside for us and we couldn't get out - insane!!

Fortunately, after 10 minutes of my gf yelling around because I was still too sick to even talk, an old guy came from nowhere at the reception and opened the doors for us.

All in all - an experience that I hope I will forget ASAP.
NEVER GOING BACK THERE.

Waer Waters (Wellness): a place to avoid, or you get stolen

I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service I received after my belongings were stolen at Waer Waters (Rodenberg 21, 1702 Dilbeek). While I understand that the company's policy states they aren't liable, I feel that a more empathetic response was warranted. Offering a bathrobe as compensation for a significant financial loss is simply not enough. I hope Waer Waters will review its policies and procedures to better support customers in similar situations.

It seems that theft is a recurring issue at Waer Waters. I've learned from other guests that they've had their towels and swimming suits stolen, only to be met with the same indifferent response: "We're not responsible." This pattern of theft and inadequate response is deeply concerning.

Very rude staff

Very rude staff. The girl at the front desk was very emotional and impolite. She didn't try to help and solve the problem, but only denied everything - her only answer was "no". There is no respect for the clients at all. They did not refund the money for the unused service due to their fault and did not want to reschedule for another day. My birthday and my mood were ruined!
