Quick acceptance and advance paid out…

Quick acceptance and advance paid out within minutes. I paid this on time as agreed, however, upon checking my eligibility this month I’m not eligible.

Obviously they will hide behind their internal lending policies, which they are entitled to do but I don’t really understand how nothing has changed within my circumstances and my credit score has no changes.

It’s shame as this is very useful!

Really couldn't be any easier

Really couldn't be any easier, and super fast. Connected my account and was able to advance £100 with the option to repay 62 days later if I wanted to. This has helped me crawl to through the final days of the month to payday. The interest was only £8.

Waste of time

Waste of time! They just want your banking data. I signed up and submitted all banking info, I was then presented with a message stating my wages couldn’t be identified which is crazy. I emailed support asking why this was, I was asked to provide the name of my employer so they could check this. I got a lengthy email back which was confusing.

Thanks for getting back to us and letting us know. We’ve only just launched in the UK market and are currently taking a conservative approach to eligibility.

At the moment, the system is unable to identify consistent wages in your account. This may be due to several reasons, such as:
Your employer is not paying you at a consistent time
Insufficient past wage payments in your account
A variation in your payment date in the past
The system detects multiple sources of income
Your wages are coming through as bank transfers instead of through a payroll
That said, we’re actively updating our system and gradually expanding access — we’ll send you an email and let you know as soon as you become eligible.

We really appreciate your patience and interest in Wagetap. Thank you and have a good rest of your day!

You have my banking info and clearly see I get paid and I also receive other forms of income yet you’ve not declined me nor accepted me. I would avoid them at all costs. It’s not the first person I’ve come across to encounter such problem.

REVOLUT UNSUPPORTED & TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT

First of all, if you use Revolut .. don't bother trying to use as they don't support this bank.

Ridiculous, that they open to the UK market but don't actually say which banks are supported

Second, when you do contact customer service, you receive contradictory advice

WageTap = "We do apologise for any misunderstandings caused. We can confirm that our system does see your 'wages' as it is, but unfortunately is unable to detect your next pay day (which would be similar to not detecting your wages)."

When challenging this response

ME - " if I get paid every month on the 14th then surely your system can work out that I will be paid on the 14th August."

I then met with

WageTap - " I’m sorry to let you know that Revolut is currently not supported"

HOW CAN THIS SUPPORT BE SO WRONG

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!
