It's really great quality, strong, looks good and fits either on the back seat or the boot. I collected my rescue dog yesterday she settled down straight away and slept most of the journey. I think she approved and loved it.

Very pleased with the quality of the bed. Quick response to any communication. A guide to assemble and install would have been useful but found a video on YouTube which showed everything. Very secure and looks so comfortable. Digby loves it!!

Top quality product and great communication. Yes there was a slight delay but I was kept updated throughout. Please give this company the patience it deserves.

What a fantastic product. I had the medium dog travel bag. The quality is superb. I have a Cavapoo. They are not the cheapest but I would recommend not only for your dog’s safety but the look and quality in my car It can be used as a cosy bag for in the house. The delivery was a few weeks but I’m sure as they get going this will get faster

Despite a longer than anticipated wait for the arrival of the dog bed, when it came it was very good quality and worth the money.
Unfortunately it didn’t arrive on time for the journey I needed it for and I have only used it for 1 very short journey which wasn’t enough to measure if it helped my dogs anxiety for travel.

Our order arrived to us here in the US faster than expected, which I see is unlike most other customer experiences here so far. We bought a medium and we are hoping it will be big enough for our rescue dog who is the size of a Norfolk terrier or beagle. The XL was going to be too big, as we didn't want it to take up the whole backseat. I bought it mainly because I like that it uses the LATCH tethers like a child safety seat.

The bed is cute and cozy. The material is like naugahyde, which I didn't realize when purchasing. I couldn't tell from the photos online and assumed incorrectly that it was cloth fabric, which it is not. (Except for the base pillow/cushion, which is a soft fabric.)

The box included a flyer requesting we give product feedbackby scanning a QR code, but when we scan the QR code we get an error message saying "DEACTIVATED: the QR code owner needs to choose a plan to reactivate this code."

Would have preferred that the box included some quick/easy instructions on how to correctly assemble and install the bed, rather than giving us a useless QR code.

Overall, the product is decent and our initial opinion is that it seems to suit the purpose as indicated. However, it is pretty expensive for what it is (I paid $105 and feel that was still too pricey, in all honesty.) The fit and finish just isn't there yet. But keep working on it!
- Update the website description to fully describe the materials used so no surprises
- Update the QR code, or don't include the QR flyer with shipments
- Consider putting a small half-sheet with assembly/installation directions in the box instead
- lower the price if possible

Very pleased with the dog bed. Looks very well made. Delivery took a long time and I was getting a bit worried however, each time I chased an update, I received a quick reply and update.

Absolutely fantastic quality , our dog jumped into it straight away. The only reason I gave 4 stars was delivery. It is a pre order which I knew however it did take 6 weeks to come. I must admit customer service was fantastic at keeping in touch and offered a full refund if I wanted to cancel, so glad I didn’t . My only advice is to not expect quick delivery and if you are not in a hurry it is well worth the wait, would definitely recommend

We waited a bit for delivery but communication about this was good.
The bed is very well padded and robust, and easy to fit.
I was a bit concerned whether it would fit a large male greyhound comfortably -however he loves it. Unfortunately he loves it so much that today he refused to get out until bribed with a treat and promptly jumped back in … I had to summon reinforcement with treats to persuade him out 🙄

This is a good quality product. It’s very secure. My problem was trying to get access to the iso fixes in my car. It was quite difficult and had a sore finger after digging around the back seat. Having finally managed to install it, Kevin wasn’t initially keen but I think he will (have to) get used to it.He had previously been very anxious with just a seat belt fixing. It’s only been one journey and he did settle a little. I would find it difficult to install in my husband’s car, and then put it back in mine. Don’t know how this could be made easier. I think the problem is with my car rather than with the seat. All in all I’m glad I bought it. Worst case scenario I will buy another one for his car. So I give it 5 stars

Great product and a very good value compared to other seats on the market. Well made and easy to assemble. Looks good. Haven’t fitted in my campervan yet and will update my review when my dog has travelled in it. Would recommend

Although our XL bed was not delivered the date it said when ordered, we did receive an email giving us the option to cancel or wait for the next batch to be delivered. We waited and so glad we did!! Our dog suffers with anxiety in the car and we have a really long journey coming up which we also need to medicate our puppy. We are so pleased with the bed and he loves it to sleep on in the house. He has sat in it in the car and looks a lot happier than he did without it. Very good quality, fits well and secure with all the iso fix hooks, also bigger than I imaged too and a free fold away water bowl. So other than the delivery hold up we absolutely love our bed.

Avoid this company at all costs. Took over 6 weeks to arrive. Emails full of stalling tactics and broken promises and in the end outright lies. Offered a 20% refund because of the delays but still to see it. The dog doc arrived finally but an XL is no way big enough for two Cockapoos to be comfortable for a long journey. Max purports to be a founder of the company but I’m guessing from the emails he is just an employee who knows nothing. Obviously cash flow with these is poor as they cannot fulfil orders without selling more..I am now being bombarded with emails offering up to 50% discount on a new order. I have never been one to complain or continually place reviews but they asked for it so here it is. Shocking bunch of con artists.

Well my basset puppy, Freya, was waiting quite some time for her travel bed to arrive and now it is here and she is getting used to not being loaded into a puppy crate!

Her being happy makes me a happy basset Mummy. I was kept informed of progress to my address.
All in all I and Freya are happy with the quality and comfort provided.

We have just acquired a petite female Springer Spaniel, and our Wagging Rights dog-dock arrived just in time for her first longish car ride - from Liverpool to London. There's lots to like about the dog-dock. With the help of the Company's YouTube videos, assembling and installing was a breeze. We are very satisfied with the quality of the materials and with the design. Popping it out of the car so that it would serve as a bed in the house we were visiting was simple and effective.

Comms with the company about delivery were excellent. There was a bit of delay, but WR warned us about this and kept in touch.

So far, and it is early days, we have just one concern. Wagging Rights advertise two sizes - one is for small and medium sized dogs, and one is for large ones. Our Springer (aged 4 come the end of this month) is petite. Nobody would describe her as large. But I could wish that there were three sizes. Nala fits neatly into the small/medium dock when she is curled up, but it's too small for her to sprawl, and Nala does like to sprawl sometimes. This is not really an issue where short journeys are concerned, but more so where we are talking about distance travel. I suspect that the large dock would be too big for her. As the company develops (and I wish them well with this) I wonder if it would be a good idea to have three sizes - small, medium, and large.

There was a delay in getting my order which was a bit stressful but the bed itself is great. My dog loves it and it is just what I'm looking for.

We are very impressed with the dog dock that we have bought for our mini schnauzer Boo. It’s secure, doesn’t move around due to the isofix and our dog looks so comfortable in there. It really is a superb product that we are recommending to friends and family with dogs. We were aware of delivery times as it was clearly stated as a preorder on the website and email communication ensured we were kept informed of expected delivery dates. Thank you Max and the team. We wish your new company a great future, it’s such a great comfort to know our dog is so much safer on car journeys. It’s A fantastic product and a well deserved 5 star rating .

Wish I could give this a zero. Ordered from them in May, with a June delivery date. Late June they e mailed to say they’d over promised but stock was due in. Waited….and waited. Pointless e mails from “Max” with no sign of the dog seat. Told them we needed it by 13th July (they promised we would have it)…arrived while we were away…we ordered one from Amazon at nearly half the cost…and it’s fab.
Poor communication. Ended up getting in contact with my credit card company.
Don’t buy from here!

The product is well made, sturdy, comfortable and most importantly keeps my Bertie Bubbles safe!
The only negative is the wait time of about 2 months.
I would recommend the dog car seat to others as a great product!
