Like others I have knocked one star off for delivery. I think if it was known in the beginning that it would be a few weeks before delivery, then 5 stars would have been given. As for the product itself I can’t fault it. Best car bed I have come across. Very secure, nice soft fabric, made very well. Would definitely recommend but be prepared to wait a while!

After a few a hiccups and a bit of delay in the goods arriving we now have our Dog Dock. Well put together and looks super comfy. Easy to assemble and to secure in the car. Feels safe. Let’s see what Fergus makes of it on our road trip around Ireland…

My best friend recommended Wagging Rights, so I didn’t read the reviews. If I had maybe I would have thought about whether to order or not. I’m glad I didn’t read them as the product quality is excellent. It arrived well packaged. Easy to put together too. I had a query (a minor detail query, not about the quality) which I emailed about and received a response on Sunday morning! The query was clearly answered in the email detail. The level of communication I have received has warranted the 5 stars! My 11 week old puppy loves the padding and I feel happier knowing he’s safely secured on our travels. The side pockets are also a nice touch as the collapsible water bowl fits nicely in the space and I can put a toy in the other side. I also like the front which you can unzip to allow him to rest his head on whilst in the car. Just for clarity, this review is a customers review and I am not paid for the content, in case anyone is curious. Simply put, great product and great customer service!

After what seemed an extremely long time I hadn’t received my dog bed, but after a short email the owner responded and apologised and reassured me the product would be on its way, and true to his word the product arrived. Firstly it was very well packed and only to a minute to insert the cushion into the bed. As stated it clipped straight into the iso fix in my car, the material it is made from is strong and yet remarkably soft and most importantly my dog loves it

Very impressed so far with the build quality of our new WaggingRigjts bed. We went for the Medium size for our miniature Schnauzer as the large seemed to be aimed at larger breeds (Labradors etc.). Our Schnauzer has taken well to the new bed, but is more comfortable with the front cushion laid down flat as he couldn’t stretch out otherwise. Possibly we should have gone for the large but then that would have taken up more space on our back seat so it is a trade off. Communication about our delivery was good too so I have no complaints on that front.

Had to leave four stars simply because they promised speedy delivery when in fact it took over a month to arrive at one point I thought I had been scammed! That said, the product itself when it finally did arrive can not be faulted, like the collapsible water bowl (nice touch) I really hope they can get the delivery time right. I know companies have stock issues, if that had been communicated at the point of buying then there would not be an issue. My advice would be to make sure that you leave plenty of time to receive your item, that way you will not be disappointed as I say the product itself is first class.

Our took a little longer than expected and I had looked around at purchasing a different car bed but hadn't found anything similar. I particularly liked the iso locking system.
When our bed arrived it was just what I'd been looking for, it's really good quality and well made.
l've knocked a star off for the delivery not the product.

Took a little while to arrive but was kept informed of this. The dog bed is great and keeps our little princess very comfortable when travelling. Isofix provides an extra level of security along with the additional straps.

I originally saw this product on line and thought gosh its a bit expensive I will buy a cheaper version its all the same isn't it. I was wrong.
The cheap car seat became so hot my poor dog couldn't sit in it. There was no iso fix and it was generally poorly made.
I ordered a decent car seat from Wagging Rights.
Straight away I noticed the material. It didnt feel plastic. The cushion my puppy sits on has two sides. (He loves the soft side). The car seat has iso fix, meaning the seat does not move. Fir extra stability there is a strap to go around the headrest. I feel so confident my puppy will not only be super comfortable he will also be safe and secured.
I do not know anyone from Wagging Rights. I can honestly say their communication has been excellent. Their car seat is perfect. Secure, comfortable, and practical. Highly recommended.

Excellent quality dog car seat/ bed. Have gone through loads in my time but this is right up there with the best.

The product is well made and I was kept up-to-date on the delivery.
Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size for my car:a Honda HRV. I wanted to put it in the boot and whilst it took up the whole space, it was approximately another 10 inches for my 4 year old Labrador to jump into the boot- too much to sustain as she got older. I tried it in the back seat but again, felt it was too big.
I have, however, used the straps and fixings to secure my original travel crate for her.
It is a pity but the bed will come in handy in the house.

Excellent product; quality and comfort far superior to others we've tried over the years. Feels solid and safe. Slight delay on delivery, through no fault of the supplier, explained by excellent, speedy communication throughout the purchase process. Well worth waiting for. Coincidentally, I noticed one in a relative's car and asked her opinion; she loved it and said that her two Cockerpoos happily jumped into it, whereas with previous beds they avoided them and had to be enticed into her car. So overall, two well happy customers!

Delivery was very mis leading, ordered back in April and only received last week, there was nothing about pre order when making my order infact I was impressed to read dispatched from warehouse within 24 hours. Communication was very poor one email.
The product although pricey has been made well and my dog seems comfy.
As a company you really need to get your house in order and be realistic in delivering your goods, reputation is everything for any business step up guys

Great product game changing for our puppy… yes it took a bit to come but the company communication was good explaining why and how does a small start up effect geopolitics and the transport routes!!! Great work keep going

We ordered well in advance because we desperately needed it for a holiday with the dogs. I was told it wouldn't be a problem, but the delivery date kept slipping and slipping. Although I was assured it would arrive in time, it didn't.

That has lost two stars, however, the product itself is rather superb and I would recommend it.

I hope they can get their act together and NOT make promises they cannot keep. They'd have a lot more happy customers then.

After being absolutely convinced that WR was a scam, I finally received my order a couple of days ago (over a month after placing it).
Cons:
- poor communication and a ridiculous wait time. If you're not happy to wait at least a month, don't bother.
Pros:
- good quality product, and my dog loves it already. The iso fix points (four on the XL) dont quite match up to my car, but it's not the end of the world.

Ultimately, it seems like the WR team have bitten off more than they can chew and the internal structures need to be revised in order to provide much better customer service. I wouldn't order again, but I'm glad that I have the item that I paid for. I hope they are learning from their errors and continue to do better, as they're on to a good idea!

Despite the delays, it was absolutely worth the wait! I am happy to have finally found a product safe enough for my Labrador as it can be hard finding a suitable product for a large breed in the car. The material is fantastic, not only is it wipeable, but it’s also keeping her cool in this weather. Such a great Product and lots of thought clearly gone into the design. Very happy with my purchase! Highly recommend and worth the money.

I preordered in June and was emailed to say they were running a couple of days late with despatch. That date came and went so I emailed and they said it was about to be sent. Nothing happened so I emailed again and they said it would be despatched the next day. Nothing happened so I asked for a refund. It was then despatched the next day. It’s a nice enough bed but given I wasn’t sure these people were legit I ordered and alternative from Luther Bennett which cost more but is much, much nicer.

The product is very good, feels quality, good cushioning, great isofix fixing, there are a couple of tweaks that would improve it, but overall the product is very good.

The material looks good with our black leather car interiors. The isofix fixing is very easy and gives a secure anchor to the car.

Our delivery was delayed, but I did order on a back order and a container had been lost, but we kept informed of the delay, not an issue as we were replacing an existing "dock".

The material is good for keeping clean and co-ordinating with our leather seats, but it gets hot in this weather, so I suggest covering it whilst the car is parked.

Delivery took forever and I did worry it was a scam. I received emails after reaching out to them that the bed was on its way. It did take nearly 2 months to arrive, which is far too long or needs to be communicated more clearly that there are delays.
The bed itself seems well made and of sturdy quality. I can’t wait to use it. But yes far too long a wait. Not good.
