My dog got injured here

Don't bring your pet here unless you want them to get injured, be left in the dark about it, then be acused of abusing your animal after spending $1500 on vet visits, driving out or state for a neurologist to address the violent muscle spasms he's been having due to this facilities neglect. All the while, ive been paying extra to put him in isolation while hes there so his injury isn't aggravated by playing with other dogs. Ive now had to call out of work because they called me at 7pm when I was supposed to bring him in for daycare in the morning and cant leave him alone at home for reasons unrelated to his injury. Ive never been so insulted. My dog is my life, my baby, and my greatest joy. The owner of the business called me personally to inform me I was observed being "aggressive" with my dog when I was recorded in their lobby swaddling him and applying light pressure to muscle spasms that erupted before I had even touched him to immobilize him and calm him down. They tried to say I was hurting my dog without even talking with me first. They are responsibile for failing to report his injury leading to a delay in diagnosis and treatment, and ultimately to him having violent muscle spasms in their lobby that they accused me of causing by being "aggressive." I finally got him medication to deal with his injury, he was stable all day without incident, and now that i have his medical situation under control they decided to kick us out. I will never trust this place again. Your fur babies deserve better than this.
