AWFUL! Website doesn't exist
The website doesn't exist! I ordered a "No-Pull Dog Harness" The harness is defective, and I can't pull up the website that's listed on the receipt!

DEFINITELY AVOID
I made the mistake of ordering items before reading the reviews and would like to stress that nobody else makes the same mistake.
Unlike other reviews, I did receive the product but sizing was not as stated. Tried to contact the company by email and had no reply. I had paid by PayPal so opened a case and have now been fully refunded as the company didn’t even answer back to PayPal.
AVOID WAGGLE JOY GJN Ltd
This company is Shockingly bad. I honestly think there trying to scam people. Completely avoid them.
I ordered a dog coat early September, and still haven't received it (and were now at the end of Oct) I sent the company numerous of emails with no reply to any of them, luckily for me I paid with PayPal so got them involved, so I've eventually got my money back in the sum of £27.95. It's taken nearly 2 months to sort and in that time the company who trade under waggle joy and GJN Ltd failed to make contact with me despite the emails I sent.
I'm even wondering if this is a UK company.
I also wish I had read the reviews before buying off them as most of the reviews are poor and negative.
Orthopaedic dog bed. I wish I'd have read the reviews on this site before I purchased. Absolutely the worst thing I've seen. I've had very little response from seller and now I have escalated a dispute with PayPal....update still no response from seller. But delighted to say that PayPal give me a full refund without any further delay
I cannot stress and advise you strongly enough not to buy this item. The website shows a thick mattress. The item sent to me had NO mattress! Instead, it was no more than a large cushion cover but with no opening at all. Very cheap and flimsy looking. Raised a complaint via PayPal and was offered a 50% discount from seller which I refused and took my complaint to the next level. Was very surprised when it was ruled in favour of the seller. I was disgusted and appealed, having to send in photographic evidence and return item (at my cost). Decision was reversed and ruled in my favour and I have finally received a refund. Company should not be trading in my opinion, selling inferior items and fake advertising. You have been forewarned. Avoid at all costs. I wish I had come here and read the reviews first!
Ordered an orthopaedic dog bed at £39.99. Received a $5 scruffy bit of bedding. No response to e-mail request for refund etc. Raising a Paypal dispute. Disgusted.
Just received 2 large orthopaedic dog mattresses I have received 2x cushion covers absolutely disgusting I’ve contacted PayPal for full refund it is not what I’ve ordered
I ordered two dog beds which turned out to be no more than cat matts of very poor quality!!
Contacted them through PayPal, but had no response!! They are using false advertising and are very deceptive! This should not be allowed.
If I could rate lower I would. I bought their blue starred blanket for my cat and the item was not good quality at all! They are stating to be a UK company yet my order took over a month to arrive to Ireland??
The customer care were not helpful when contacted through PayPal
Will never buy from this company again and I would advise others to do the same.
I ordered one of their pink star blankets having been dazzled by their advert and the innocence of a new kitten ... It is a piece of fleece blanket folded and then sewn and definitely not worth the £25 I paid (and took a long time to arrive). When I contacted their customer services I was informed that refunds are only given if the wrong item is delivered, it is damaged or takes longer than 60 days to arrive. Feel ripped off as I have seen identical products offered for £5 by other companies (and truthfully wish I had just bought a good quality fleece blanket as that would have been better quality). Please save yourself time, money and disappointment and buy any other product for your pet.
Not received my order after 2 months, Had some communication with them but not helpful. Hadn’t realised the mats were coming from China😡 wouldn’t have ordered them if I had known No offer of a refund either
I have not received the item that I ordered a month ago and they have stopped communicating with me.
Absolute con. Ordered 2 x blankets. Both arrived but thin material, not as advertised. Avoid and spend yr money elsewhere.
I placed and payed for my order weeks ago, no text no messages, very poor customer service, not good enough.
Absolutely rubbish. Item not delivered. Impossible to track item. Just avoid at all costs.
I ordered a blanket on 14th Feb. The price was £16.99, which went up to £19.99 during check out (maybe I'd got the size wrong?), then £4 VAT was added (I queried this, apparently their website doesn't allow for VAT), then I was charged in Dollars (apparently that's all the fault of their website). My blanket is still apparently on a plane from China. If I try and track it through their website (as opposed to the acknowledgement email) it takes me to a site my PC tells me is unsafe. Now I've seen all the complaints, I don't think it will arrive, and if it does it will be nothing like what the website and Facebook page shows. No response from the 3 students who own the firm.
It finally arrived 27 days after the order, I thought it never would turn up but I got Paypal involved! No explanation on why the price changed, or why they told me it had left / was about to arrive several times. My cat sleeps next to it, on a bare board !
I ordered a comfy mat for my cat because the video seemed so wonderful. It has taken over 2 and a half weeks to arrive, I did email to find out when it would come. I was really disappointed with it, receiving today. It’s so think and really bad quality, so bad that I have not let my cat have it but have rolled it up as a door excludor.
Very disappointed
I ordered two of their blankets for my cats. I chose medium. They are called calming blankets for some reason. They are no different from any other fleece blanket. And, they are tiny! No way are they medium my cat can hardly fit on it so i dont know how they would work for a dog.
Terrible. Purchased a moving ball from them and it is so inherently faulty that I believe they must have known it was a faulty, poor quality product at the point of selling it.
Requested a return a month ago and waiting to hear back still. £19.99 was expensive for this product anyway but as a Christmas gift I thought I’d give it a go. Disappointing in every way and I thoroughly recommend avoiding.
