Took our project in March did nothing…
Took our project in March did nothing till date. He still tell us he is working on our project but I have changed my password a month ago. He has no client and just fakes commitment. Tells it's very necessary to take store ownership and takes it. His Senior Developer is still doing research according to him gosh he's hilarious don't waste your time and money. I dono how he is listed here. He should be delisted.

2. The audacity to lie about work you have is hilarious... You just msged us yesterday that you have done changes in our app... We have changed our password long ago. Stop lying.
3. We have registered your case with Shopify and will make it a point to get you delisted so that you don't waste innocent entrepreneurs time and money.
4. Every entrepreneur is very smart to understand who is a "FOOL" here. Just a suggestion if not ethics atleast have self respect before you lie.

1. Money Concern.
Let me remind you. We have a call conversation where in you have clearly asked us to pay on project completion as we were not satisfied by the work you did. The timeline given to us was 5 hours as our store was a small setup and the completion time was 3 days. Where is the Project completion?
2. Vigorous calls.
3. Misleading mails to cyber cell stating lies.
4. Threatening to visit our addresses and looking after things.
It's a very good way to stoop low. We would just like to add. How Stupid can someone be that you have made up an imaginary story and started believing it so much that you have written misleading email with no truth and forgotten completely we have all your calls and msgs with us. Keep stoping low, We can very well handle everything with our standards.
Note: We live in a democracy. Trustpilot asked us for our review and we shared our genuine response. If you take someones store ownership for 3.5 month after committing them service completion in 3 day, you very well had this coming. End of Story.

1) When that is a case, how can you expect a senior developer from our agency to develop a drop shipping website https://quirkdesi.com/ with an enterprise class features without paying a single rupee?
2) And that too our first invoice for just Rs. 3,000/- (Consulting and ZOHO business email set up) which is still unpaid from your end since 9th april 2023?
3) Listen carefully, the point is very simple. You're in a do-it-yourself plan, which means you need to design your website on your own. And for any technical assistance you can avail our all-in-one service anytime by paying Rs. 2,000 per hour.
4) If you ask our agency to develop a website with the help of our developers, then you need to choose the all in one website development work for Rs.2000 per hour.
5) Now tell me, did you and chinmayee paid a single rupee till date?
2) Moreover, you never had any conversation with our agency through any means, only Chinmayee was in touch with us.
3) Just ask Chinmayee whether she had accepted to pay the 50% advance or not. She gave the commitment over a phone call and based on that only we extended our project consulting.
4) Yes, we stopped working on the software development after you defaulted our first consulting and zoho business email set up payment of Rs.3,000/-.
5) But we continued our consulting services till date for your project with a hope that you will honor the outstanding amount one day.
6) Check with her on how many consulting calls she had with our agency till date without paying a single rupee for us.
7) There is nothing to get offended, in fact we feel very sorry to see you stooping so low in defending yourself in a point which is already lost.
8) Will your doctor or your lawyer do their service free of cost for you?
9) Or yourself doing a charity work for your clients without taking a single rupee in your company https://quirkdesi.com/?
10) You cannot prove yourself at any cost that you had paid us a single rupee for our service.
11) You got your rights to write a review about the service provider, but you don't have the rights to abuse and threaten the service provider right?.
12) Moreover, how can you write a review against us when you have not subscribed to our service? You never paid a single rupee for the website development work, nor you paid our first consulting and zoho business email set up bill for just Rs. 3,000/-
13) Business is based on mutual trust, when you don't have a trust on my agency and our work, then why should we keep our trust on you?
14) The point is very simple, you cannot abuse a service provider just because you're frustrated for some other personal reasons.
15) Your reviews on trustpilot.com is purely malicious and this clearly shows your ulterior motive to defame our business and myself.
Your time is up. Our legal counsel is getting ready with his lawyer notice and very soon you will get our legal notice and an updated invoice for Rs.10,000/- inclusive of legal fees. We will take the necessary action against your defamatory and threatening reviews either in our home town Coimbatore or your business place Pune if its warranted.
Also, we reserve our rights to claim necessary compensation plus other court fees for defaming our business and myself on this public domain.
