I have had 2 orders already charged and have received nothing. I'm extremely irritated. This is the only water i drink and yet I'm beginning to wonder if i should cancel my subscription if this is how yall are gonna do business.

Tis water really did a number on my life.
I was visiting friends in Albuquerque NM in Mid-October. They had Waiakea Water. Of course, they offered me some. From my first swallow I was "hooked" on this water. Now that is important: I am person who never, never drank water. But in just a few weeks I became an avid water drinker l Waiakea has
messed up my former life completely...from a very good perspective of course. Now, a much better and moire healthy life.

Shipping was super fast, received next day!
I was astounded when my order arrived the next day after I ordered it. That is some fast shipping service! That was amazing! I did notice that it shipped from one state away from me, though. Not sure why I thought it would ship from Hawaii, but either way, I am pleased!

Great water and with constructive criticism
This is the best water. I tried others and always have to come back. I wish it could be much more affordable though. I appreciate that you guys donate water to others in need. A few years ago, I ordered the boxed water. Somehow, it had gotten mold or mildew once it was opened so we had to throw out much of it. I figured it was something about the way it was made to hold water might not have been a good method to keep it sterile as possible. Lastly, I wish that at least for the biggest bottles, they could come in a smaller amount. Fortunately, I have a hand truck to move them within the house now. I do feel sorry for the drivers though, to have to carry them up porch steps, etc.

Excellent Customer Service!
I had recently ordered a case of the Hana Hou aluminum bottles. The shippers damaged the case in transit and sent it back to their warehouse, which updated the tracking information to "delivered". They made no attempt to issue a replacement. I contacted Waiākea about the incident, and after reviewing the information, was issued an immediate replacement, which arrived quickly. Customer Service was a true pleasure to work with. Thank you Alfie!
