I must say I was very impressed with the services of wainwright and Cummings in particular Christina Bamidele who I dealt with thought out the transaction. She had a good professional manner And knowledge along with a good personality which certainly made the transaction much more pleasurable.

I have been involved in property sales for 25 years and I must say this was a refreshing approach.

I would certainly recommend Christina in the future.

Dominic was very professional throughout. With his experience in mediation also meant he was able to judge the situation and see the bigger picture in my case from both sides. The legal team praised the fact we started and finalised our hearing all in one court date. My case involved child arrangements orders and issues with abuse from an ex partner. Dominic advised undertakings to be put in place also to stop any abuse taking place, I feel so much more at ease now knowing these are in place and I can finally move forwards in my life.

Do not use this firm, especially if you're a female and/or in receipt of Legal Aid. They do not care about their Legal Aid clients.
My daughter's solicitor (Dominic) was atrocious. He breached/ignored her instructions, was disinterested, patronising, and seemed to just want to give the other side everything they wanted and get this case off his plate.
For example, my daughter's abusive ex-partner didn't want supervised access in a soft play (despite it being agreed by the court). Dominic agreed with him rather than my daughter his client. He said he could 'fully understand why it might be demeaning for a man to run round after his child in a soft play' !!
From our experience and other reviews, it's clear that this firm is not interested at all in supporting Legal Aid clients. I ended up sending a complaint to the Head of Family Partner at the firm - I didn't even get a response.
Dreadful service throughout, no discernible understanding of, or empathy with domestic abuse survivors. This firm has added to my daughter's stress and anxiety and harmed her case so far, instead of representing her appropriately. I've now taken out a loan to instruct someone else and pay privately. It's costing thousands. So far, it's been worth every penny compared to this firm.

I wish I could give less than 1 star rating. They have taken my money which I paid for my service charge and ground for a year and did not pass on to the management company. Now I get email and threat of bailiff and court summon from the management agency. Been trying to contact them so many times but they do not even care to reply.

Avoid them unless you want to lose money.
