While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Glitchy.

Didn't save documents. When you shared with a partner, didn't save what you wrote on the partners screen, confusing navigation, when you would delete something, it would keep coming back no matter how many times you deleted it.
Premium isn't worth it, I could use Google Doc, or almost any other platform, and share for free.
Impossible to change font, clicking on buttons doesn't actually do anything(Ex: Clicking Italics will turn Italics on, but clicking it again wont turn it off).
Repeatedly makes Grammar suggestions on things you've already multiple times told it not to correct, and clicking the space bar will temporarily make it think everything is spelled wrong.
At random times, the collection will turn into a 404 error screen, too.
I think this could be a helpful site, but they need to fix some glitches first.

A curating platform that used to be good - now it's really bad

Wakelet was founded at the same time the best curation software was closing its doors: Storify. I had several collections on Stofify for work. That happened many years ago and I migrated all my collections to Wakelet. Little by little, the platform has been deteriorating. Today, I was locked out of my account. I was paired with a completely incompetent customer support assistant who couldn't understand that the whole problem only existed because Wakelet does not have a password retrieval protocol. Amazing, right? It doesn't. Now, I know that as an administrator I can create passwords, which the client can re-set. They are refusing to do that. Instead, they engage you with irritating emails leading nowhere (and they don't read the client's original issue).
I believe Wakelet's usefulness has run its course. Let's see who the competitor will be and move on. As always, greed and disrespect for clients took over the initiative.
