Non-existent customer service
Ordered quite a large order , and one item had a very short shelf life . I emailed them twice and got no response . I messaged them .....but was advised to email their customer service . After explaining I had tried this , they said they would pass the information on . Still no response. So I messaged again - they again said they would contact their customer service team .......I am still waiting .
Their customer service is simply non existent .
