I placed 3 separate orders. When I wanted to return some items, I had to pay return shipping costs three times (totaling €78), even though I could send the items back in 1 package. I emailed the company asking for 1 return label instead of 3, but didn't get a reaction before the end of the return period (14 days). When I sent a message to their instagram account, they referred me to the same email address. When informing them I did not get a response from the email address, they left me on 'read'...

Has not shipped my shoes that I ordered on February 8th. Has been ignoring all of my emails. Terrible experience with this website.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Made two orders for the adidas collab. The parcel was sent back from the drop off point early. I contacted the customer service at Wales Bonner over 5 times asking for a refund. Nearly two months on I don't have a refund. The company still continues to ignore my emails. Disappointing customer service that brings down the quality and reputation of this apparently premium brand.

The item was too big. Their returns policy required me to email for a return label. I emailed 4 times requesting such label over 12 days - they sent two holding emails and extended return period for extra 7 days . They said they had unprecedented volume of emails. But I became worried about missing the return window. NOT HAPPY
