Booked a week stay via Airbnb, Wales Cottage Holidays being the host. They were shocking to get hold of, no sense of urgency to rectify a number of issues, no customer service. Have also ignored Airbnb’s attempts to get hold of them resulting in a violation against them. Very poor!

As an owner we signed up with Wales Holidays - a really friendly family run company who were a delight to work with. Since the takeover however service declined markedly to the extent that we, and other owners we know, have stopped dealing with them. They are difficult to get hold of in an emergency, sent us clients we knew nothing about and failed to rectify the problems leaving us to explain to the holidaymakers that they had no booking. A dreadful experience. We also experienced problems with the guests they accepted bookings from with damage to the property and, apparently, no interest from them in rectifying the situation.
Please avoid them at all costs.

Shocking customer service. I had a small complaint about my holiday, filled in the relevant form on their website, no response, filled it in again, no response, emailed, no response, phoned to be told someone will call you back, no body did. My original complaint is now small fry compared to my disappointment at the customer service .

We had a great time on our long weekend break at Crwcca Farm Cottage. Host was very helpful and friendly and the property was wonderful. We were blessed with fabulous frosty clear weather and found the cottage to be lovely and warm. Our break was to celebrate my father's 88th birthday and both he and my mother found they had no difficulties with the access and using the cottage. Lovely quiet situation but close to great pub. The area is amazing for beaches, bird watching and sightseeing.

Excellent cottage in a beautiful location very peaceful

Well situated, comfortable, pet friendly and very well equipped lovely house. In walking distance of the beach and local pub, that offers a takeaway service.

Frequent and useful communications via email and text.

Easy to use website, had all the information we needed. Sent us updates on our booking when needed!
Place we stayed in was unreal, couldn’t ask for a better weekend.

Absolute scam of a company, avoid booking through this company at all costs!! I cancelled within a couple days of booking as my dog passed away and they refused to give me my money back. The host and air b&b agreed to refund me but this company wouldn’t, quite happy to take £700 of my money for nothing!! Absolutely disgusting

The cottage was clean and tidy with all that was needed.the lakes were great for walking around and spotting wildlife & views. The internet was a bit hit and miss very weak. The owner was on site If any queries arose and were very approachable.Would recommend to friends & family, a great holiday had

Great place to stay to explore the area. Clean and well equipped accommodation. Quiet and relaxing location. Dog friendly though we would advise you to take plenty of towels if your taking a dog as the carpets are light in colour. Plenty of dog friendly places to visit a eat at. Alsi a dog playground 5 mins away that you can book via Facebook. Narberth is great for a mooch around the shops too.

Impressive Cottage.. will book again

Booking was easy and efficient. Help was available if you needed it and the accommodation was accurately described. I rarely recommend things but the customer service was great. I have used them twice and intend to book with them again.

Holiday was easy to book with a good overview of the type of cottage and surrounding area. Very peaceful and relaxing cottage. Local owners and they provided everything you would expect in the cottage for our few days away

The garden and the views are exceptional.
The appartment itself is large and nicely furnished but not as bright.

Beautiful lodge in the hillside overlooking the river Wye. The property was clean and provided good quality bedding and soft towels. The double bed upstairs was a little too soft for our liking and the wooden stairs were very slippery, like they were polished. The property provided plenty of utensils, pans, crockery, everything we could have needed. A good base to explore some of what Wales has to offer. Generally each site of interest we visited was around 40-50 minutes away. The company kept us up to date with emails and information as our holiday date drew closer. Easy check in and check out.

Booking and other information was made very easy.The
Waves appartment was everything we needed and wanted,very clean ,comfortable and with a lovely seaside theme. The apartments are right opposite the beach which was great for walking our dog.Amazing scenery with a panoramic view despite storm Agnes blowing like crazy.Some amenities were closed and there is no local shop available so go well stocked.

We had a lovely family holiday exploring all Pembrokeshire has to offer.
The cottage was clean, well equipped and accurately described. On the rare occasions we met the owner, she was friendly and helpful and overall we had a wonderful time.
