It's easy to follow and I like the countdown to the next exercise. I also like the "halfway " call out.

I contacted Walkfit concerning the auto renewal of my trial subscription. I feel they listened to my feedback and were able to address my concerns and provide a speedy resolution. I have increased my initial rating due to good customer service.

I paid for a 1 week trial and they took another 1 month fee without my agreeing to continue. Not happy.

It was not too difficult.
But I didn't like the insitance, when I put 5 days a week
And I didn't like the spanish translation.
I LOVE It It shouldn't be: Lo amo may be Me encanta.

I signed up to this WalkFit program without taking on board the logistics of the amount of walking I would have to do at my age of 87. They were most understanding and have refunded my signing on fee with no hesitation.

Great app. Love the coaching during walks. The notifications are clear. Like that a lot.

It seemed like a moderate workout which l didn't really consider it being a form of tai chi... however, the app itself was a bit confusing to follow as l had signed and paid up for a 7 minute plan and the app kept sending me a lot of other programs which l wasn't interested in

WalkFit is a good match for where I am right now. It's not out of reach like other programs, in which I couldn't even get started because the starting level was already beyond where I was. This already feels like something I can stay with.

I am 63 and out of shape. I didn't think I could do this program. I started today and I was able to complete each task. This slow movement and no impact was exactly what I needed. Let's see what the next few weeks bring.

Great workouts; helpful in getting me to my fitness goals. The app does not update quickly or easily leaving me struggling with what I see are my steps on my watch and my phone. The app always shows less. I have to get double my steps for it to show on the Walkfit app that I have barely met my step goals. Therefore my true steps are way off and to me skews my fitness goals as in by the app I am struggling to reach them but by my watch and my phone and have doubled my daily steps. Otherwise, I love the app.

So far, I really love this! It feels like it is more user friendly and directed to "normal" people that struggle, for whatever reason, to find time and stay on top of daily work outs. I also have Fitbit premium, but am considering opting out since this app provides so many options. I am hoping this feeling will remain!

You take money out of my account with my permission. I only asked one.

I find this exercise very relaxing, I've kept it up apart from 2 days where I was at work on long shifts....
But I do enjoy and hope to continue, too early to see any sign of change on my body...
Thank you walk fit...

This is a totally over-priced app with little to no value. It automatically enrolls the purchaser in a payment plan that charges every month unless you're reading all the MANY emails they send you which outline how to turn off the payments. The free fitness app preloaded on my phone is better and, as I said, free.

Over priced and it doesn't work enough muscle to make a difference

Reply from WalkFit
It was a friendly workout and there is possibility of doing more than one round for each step
