Unprofessional

Our buyer’s mortgage company sent this company to our home for a mortgage valuation. They surveyor was let into our house by Yopa (avoid them too) completely unaccompanied without our permission. The surveyor used our toilet and there was faeces left over my toilet and sink. They then valued the house £15k under value due to trees that had been planted in a farmer’s field across the road that ‘may block the view’ when they grow. Buyer’s mortgage was then declined due to the valuation and it took months to re-establish the chain. An absolute joke of a firm.
