I never did receive a receipt for my purchase or any follow up with a delivery date, so I assumed the payment didn't go through and reordered. I then discovered the payment did go through so emailed to cancel one order. The item arrived in good time but there was no communication about delivery date.
Still no receipt.

The screws for attaching the head of the pruner to the shaft were missing so Alan phoned us to let us know and we found them in a box in the warehouse, they must have fallen off as usually they are taped to the shaft. We posted these out to Alan and hopefully he's received them by now. Hopefully we get some better weather soon Alan and you can put that pruner to good use!
