Finding circular saw blades anywhere st the moment is hard work. A combination of Brexit, Covid and a flurry of home improvements has put up demand massively. I ordered three blades which arrived the next day. Perfect!

As for the handsaw I'm sorry that you aren't equally satisfied. You opted for our 22" Double Ground handsaw with 11tpi. If you are looking for a higher quality cut then may I suggest next time you take a look at our Triple Ground range. The extra cutting angle on each tooth means you get a faster, cleaner cut and the range starts at 9tpi. We also offer a Super Fine Cut 20" handsaw with 13tpi if you are looking for an even finer cut.

I have been trying for ages to find out where I could purchase further Packbag for ages and only recently found out Walkers Tools were a supplier. Although, they advertised the product there was no way of buying the product directly off their site. I contacted them and made them aware of my wishes and hey presto they informed me they had added the product to their online shop and to ensure my order was delivered promptly they paid the additional costs - if that isn't a sign of surperb customer care and service I have no idea what is. Those wondering what Packbags are - they are a plastic insert you put into bags to keep them open, especially when gardening and collecting garden waste. Thank you from a gratified customer.

Walker Tools was one of only two firms…
Walker Tools was one of only two firms that I could find offering the specific diameter and kerf width of blade that I could find. Chose them based on the reputation of Sheffield engineering. I am very pleased with the quality and VFM of the blade. It's cutting performance is equally impressive.
That the first dispatch went missing in the post is not the fault of the company. Once I had reported to them that it had not arrived as expected Sam Walker dealt with the situation to my entire satisfaction.

Very good experience
Good price, very quick delivery, Walkers phoned to check that a substitute for a blade that was unavailable was acceptable, first class service.
I haven't used saw blades yet so cannot comment on quality of cut but blades look well made.

These emails are automatically sent out by Trust Pilot to ask our customers to give their experience of using our website and our products. These reviews in turn help other potential customers make an informed decision over which websites they buy from. This is common practice amongst most online sellers nowadays and in our opinion is a very useful tool for people looking to shop online.
For future reference on emails from companies such as Trust Pilot there is an option usually found near the bottom of the message where you can 'opt out' of future emails, this would stop Trust Pilot emails coming through from ourselves and any other company you buy from who uses Trust Pilot.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review anyway, hopefully even though the emails from Trust Pilot have frustrated you you are still able to appreciate the quality of the steel cutting saw blade that we supplied you.
