I have been waiting for a delivery of…

I have been waiting for a delivery of dog food for over 10 days. I have emailed and left numerous voice messages and up to date had no response. I have been buying from this company for over a year. I’ve had two issues previously but they were dealt with satisfactorily. This is really disappointing. I have notified them that I am cancelling my subscription, perhaps that will generate a response! I will not deal with this company again.

Absolutely amazing customer service

Absolutely amazing customer service. They always respond to queries and issues. They are happy to refund customers if there is a problem with an order, or if you cancel, and it goes through quickly. They’re very friendly and polite and I love their sense of humour. The GIFs they use in their emails, even in subscription cancellations, are amusing and entertaining.

I recently was in contact about what I THOUGHT was an issue with the cat litter. I found out that I had been mistaken about it. I felt bad, as they’d issued a refund, so I emailed and explained the mistake and the situation around it all and offered to pay them back. They were so friendly when they called me back and said not to worry about the refund, which was good of them.

So many companies these days don’t provide good customer service, so I really appreciate the way Walkies deals with their customers and feel many companies could learn a lot from them.
Thank you very much, Walkies! Please don’t ever change.

Brilliant Family Run Company!

Absolutely phenomenal company!

There have been some supply issues for our kitties specific cat food and Gemma at Walkies has been amazing and supportive with lots of communication letting us know each step as they were talking to their suppliers finding out when a shipment might be!
We received a very generous toy for our cats while we are waiting and a small bag of the food to keep them tied over in the mean time and it's just been an overall wonderful experience with very fair prices across the board for their cat products!
If you've been considering King Catnip for your furry feline then I absolutely recommend! My 2 have seemed utterly unphased by catnip until I tried this one and they've gone bonkers for it! And the toys are refillable too!
Super responsive, very kind, polite and just all around great and with a super convenient subscription service!
100% would recommend as a company

Excellent service from Walkies -highly recommended. Would be five stars if not let down by the chosen delivery company.

Unfortunately FED EX needs to make sure they deliver to the house rather than leave a parcel some 20-25 metres away on the garden path. A rain-sodden heavy box of tins is clearly going to disintegrate.

I’ve only just had delivery of my order…

I’ve only just had delivery of my order that was supposed to be delivered in two days I realise it got mixed up with Easter but it still was a long time but the delivery man was lovely I would give him five stars if I could

11 days later and still waiting …

11 days later and still waiting for my order.
After chasing the delivery I got an email to say they were out of stock and sent
the last 2 boxes and further 2 would follow , but I’m still waiting for anything and have run out of cat food .
Won’t use again.

Great service

I placed an order online for a small blue dog pad, to match another one I already owned. I had to wait 6 days for delivery as it wasn’t in stock. They despatched by FedEx next day delivery.
I was a little worried looking at reviews on TrustPilot when it hadn’t despatched by end of day 4, but after emailing them, they promptly reached out to explain they had needed to order the product in, so a good experience with Walkies pet shop for me.
