Ordered a treadmill belt from them, the web page listed my model number and correct belt dimensions. Every confirmation email, invoice, and even the packing slip listed the correct model number. The belt I got was the wrong dimensions for the model and from what the web page listed. When I attempted to address this with the seller, providing screen shots of their own web page, pictures of model and serial numbers, measurements not matching, and asked for an exchange they stopped responding. When I asked for a refund they responded right away saying I have to now pay for a shipping to send the incorrect item back and now pay them a restocking fee.

Ordered a treadmill belt 7 days ago. Called customer service today. They researched and gave me an excuse that they were trying to get ahold of me because they wanted to charge me shipping charges. Funny, I did not get any emails or phone calls about this. Very poor service. I would not recommend this company.

I recently ordered a walking belt from this company. It arrived, fit correctly, and was delivered in a timely manner. The problem started when 2 weeks after receiving the belt, I received an invoice from Fedex for an additional $70+. Their website clearly states that shipping is free in the USA, and as a Canadian resident, I expected to pay the additional shipping charges, which I did. $46 usd for shipping was added to my invoice. I assumed this was the cost to get the belt to my residence, and that would be that. APPARENTLY, somewhere in the fine print on the website, according to there customer service department, shipping did not include border costs. Really? I'm now stuck paying more than $300 cad for a $100+ walking belt. Well done Walkingbelts.com, well done indeed.

WalkingBelts charge immediately for orders (quote: "as soon as your online order is placed your credit card is automatically charged."), do not allow modifications (quote: "once your order is submitted to us, we cannot change or cancel an order until your merchandise is received by you."), respond poorly to order inquiries (>20 days after order placement in my case) and might then unilaterally decide to cancel the order if the item is unavailable (as in my case). It is unclear why they need >20 days to reach this conclusion. I recommend choosing alternative suppliers with friendlier terms and stronger focus on customer experience.

I've ordered a belt for my semi-commercial treadmill (Horizon Fitness 7.4AT) over the phone. Customer service was patient and helpful. I gave them my the model and serial number. The part came 6 business days.

Ordered a belt for a treadmill through an Amazon 3rd party seller that did not fit, did not include the bottle of lubricant as their ad claimed. I figured no big deal, wrong part, just call them and we can exchange for the correct belt. These clowns gave me so much crap that it was over 30 days since my order (who cares - its wrong just exchange it morons) wanted to charge me for shipping both ways and pay extra for a sanded belt when my initial belt I purchased was supposed to be a sanded belt. Either way I went on alibaba aka aliexpress and ordered the correct belt for less than half the original price I paid of $89.99 plus free shipping. Walking Belts didn't want to refund or without exchange but Amazon's customer service superseded Walking Belts Fraudulent policy and promptly refunded my money. Thank You AMAZON - Do not EVER buy anything from these clowns WALKING BELTS LLC. They'll send you the wrong part, not send the lubricant, and then blame you to attempt to extort more money from you for a part you already paid for and expected to fit correctly. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/COMPANY - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! EVER!!! Evil Company - They can take their OVERPRICED wrong size no lubricant treadmill belt and shove it right up their non sunshine hole... No lubricant required just like they gave it to me!! You Have Been Warned!! BUYER BEWARE!!! Gave 1 STAR but should be ZERO

Ordered a bike belt by model # and the belt they sent me was to small. So tight it jumps off idler pulley and wattage is to low for resistance. Off the idler pulley the belt slips over 100watts. And their customer support just tells me the belt isn't centered. No, the belt isnt the right size.
