I ordered their hair toxicity test. They "advertise" they will check 31 toxic elements. After waiting a long time to get their mailer/package and submitting the hair sample, I NEVER got an email "alert" that they finally did the test. When I logged into their website, I was FURIOUS because I paid for 31 elements to be tested and they only listed 17 elements, missing 13 elements of which that was the most interest to me. What are you left with? A company that "represents" they'll do X, Y, and Z, and what do you get? just X. So, would you trust a company like this to actually give you reliable results? If you do, quite honestly, you are a fool. Help to put these liars out of business by NEVER GIVING THEM YOUR $.

I ordered expensive blood tests and when I took the work order to the labs they had on their website, non of them recognized the work order and would only do the blood tests if I paid for them again. I went to three labs listed on their site too and no one knew who these people were. I reached out to them and they insisted that I try labs listed on their site, which I did. I asked for my money back and they refused to issue a refund. They said I could only get credit. But what is the point of a credit when the labs they list don't know who they are??? SCAM SCAM SCAM
Reply to response 12/10/24: I did reach out to your company when I wasn’t able to find a lab that would take your order form. Your reps insisted that I must not have been going to the labs listed on your website. I told them I had only gone to labs listed on the website. No one recognized that order form.

Walk-in Lab and the blood draw facilities need to disclose, prior to taking a specific blood test, that they have to report your results to the state health department. I was infuriated when I received a call from my state’s heath dept. nurse questioning me about my blood test results I assumed were private. There needs to be a disclaimer/disclosure on each reportable blood test, that you company offers, that list the states that requires that specific blood test be reported to health authorities. I would have never gotten the test had I known this would be the outcome. I was interrogated and felt very violated. I will never use this service again. It is your responsibility to notify your potential customers that your results may not be private and could be shared with local health departments.

I bought labs here, trusting their low price guarantee, but it's only valid if you find a lower price before you buy. Just discovered I paid 2x what it would have cost at Ulta Labs. On a histamine test (that I thankfully did not buy), Walk in lab charges $365, vs $68 at DHA Lab, for the exact same code - this is inflated over 5x. Won't be buying here again.
UPDATE after seeing the vendor's reply: Thank you for confirming what I was saying: there is NO guarantee at all that the prices you see at Walk In Labs are the lowest. But if you go hunt elsewhere and find a better price, then walk-in-lab would match it. I say if you find a better price, then buy from the company who offered it. That's who should get your business

Very easy, straightforward process from ordering the test, to scheduling the blood draw appointment, to getting the test results.

I ordered a test for my elderly father that required a test kit to be sent to him, which it was. Unfortunately, he did not get to use the test kit timely, and I contacted customer service via email on their website twice over a period of several months - no response. I finally was able to get in touch with customer service via their Chat option today and was told matter-of-factly that there's a one-year limit from the order date to request a replacement kit and no refunds will be issued. Basically, just got a copy and paste from their policy with a question "is there anything else?" Since it doesn't take much effort for them to just request a replacement kit to be sent to the customer and they clearly don't care about keeping customers or getting referrals, I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone else. I regret I wasted a couple of hundred bucks on this company.

Their service has changed since I joined several years ago. Now, it's a difficult and frustrating process to make an appointment (I pre-paid the service). After several emails, I did, and to move forward, I have to enter a credit card; WHY? I PREPAID!!!!
This will be my last time, and I will use a local lab (referred by many in the community)...so beware of their LONG and DIFFICULT online process

I like the freedom of being able to order blood work tests without a doctor's order. Truth is that I am using my doctors order to purchase tests directly from Walk in lab to be cost effective.
Customer service at Walk in Lab has always been five star to me. I like the technicians at Quest Lab.
My test results for the past two draws in a week have me questioning whether or not to use Walk in lab again.
This past week I had to purchase another CBC with diff/platelet count as Quest Lab a partner of Walk in lab stated on my results that a platelet test was not performed but a platelet estimate was given due to clumping. Errors happen so I repeated the test.
First test completed on 03/29/2024 ( no platelet count performed after I purchased the test in Dec of 2023) second test CBC with diff/platelet purchased on 04/03/2024 performed on 04/05/2024.
Results for the CBC with Diff/platelet count arrived on 04/06/2024 - no CBC included and once again platelet test not performed an estimate was given due to clumping.
In the past three years my platelets have been low not reaching 200 as matter of fact many times under 100 not only on Quest but at the hospital as well.
Monday morning early I see my internal and then my neurologist and I have zero platelet counts to give to my doctors.

I love the freedom of ordering any test at any time without any of the associated fees of having a doctor order them. HOWEVER, they don't seem to offer 2FA to secure patient accounts. Resulting in the accounts being compromised very easily, which isn't ideal given the confidential nature of medical testing. Simply clicking on the account tab allows any user to change the password; you don't need to request a link to change the password. Very troubling, with the current security framework, it's a matter of WHEN, not IF, your private medical records get hacked and become public records. A better slogan would be Convenient, Affordable, And NOT Confidential. Once these security concerns are meaningfully addressed, I will update the review to five stars.

Prices are fair, the whole experience is extremely easy, and not having to wonder what it will cost or worry about trying to get the test ordered / get insurance coverage / etc when you know you need a test is great. The partner lab (Quest) I went to was also clearly used to the process, rather than this being some weird esoteric thing for them, so it was extremely easy on site and required no debating about payment / insurance / whatever, signing weird forms, etc etc.

Walkin Labs has great products and great customer service. There was a miscommunication with the addresses and they promptly sent a new kit to the updated address at no extra charge. Very grateful for good customer service!
Also quick turnaround with the lab information

Provided my email and phone # to get a 10% discount. That’s less than $10. Doesn’t work in cart/says I have to add 3 more tests for this discount code to apply. I email them; their response is codes don’t work for specific tests. Nowhere in signing up does it state this. Feels pretty scammy and like they collect emails to data mine. Not confident enough to order test through them, now.

The process is easy and the prices for lab work is cheaper than if I pay using my insurance. The first time I used this company I was skeptical. It seemed too good to be true. To my surprise the process and payment were really incredible. I highly recommend using Walk-In Lab.

It's impossible to get an email response out of this company (using the contact form on their website), though they don't seem to have a problem getting on here to respond to reviews. I'll be trying DirectLabs next time.

They rectified the issue that I had I just wish they had done it sooner. Their services are good otherwise.

I had to order an additional test after showing up to my appointment as tech unable to find my original online order. The first order finally showed up in the system and was unable to get fully refunded for the additional ordered test. Was told by customer service I was one day over the allotted 7 for a refund even though they were closed on Monday for the Jan 1 holiday. Would not use them. Customer support terrible!!

I ordered a renal function blood test, visited a Quest center, had my blood drawn and received my test results a just a few hours. The lab that supposedly analyzed my blood sample is a few hours away and I find it very hard to believe that my blood sample was sent and analyzed in such an impossibly short amount of time. Ignoring that, the lady at Quest that took my blood sample was very rude. My appointment was for 3:30 and I arrived at 3:15. She was running behind and so I sat there until 4. Not a big deal. I didn't mind waiting a little longer. At exactly 4 she came out of her room and said "we are closed, why are you here??" I told her that I had an appointment at 3:30. She was obviously annoyed, so she hurriedly drew my blood. She never asked me if I had done the required 12 hour fast (which I did) and incorrectly indicated on the test that I had not.
What's worse is the test I took was all for nothing due to the fact that I am a vegetarian. I admit that I should have done more research into the type of test I was taking but what disturbs me is how I wasn't asked about my diet and told how drastically that could affect my test results. Not from Walkinlab and not from Quest. My time and money wasted and I still have no clue how bad my kidneys are.
I contacted Walkinlab about my concerns via email and was completely ignored.
UPDATE in response to Walkinlab's response. I checked my email history AND my phone call log and can confirm that at no time was I contacted by Walkinlab in response to my original E-mail. I don't appreciate Walkinlab LYING on trustpilot to save face and somehow blaming me in the process for having missed their imaginary e-mail and phone call. Avoid this company at all costs.

I purchased through this company because they say that their results come back in 24 to 48 hours. The process is very easy and convenient; however, I have called 3 times after 48 hours and each time they say my results will be in the next day. The rep told me that my particular test results are in between 24/48 hours. I'm thinking okay but now we are on the 3rd, 4th, 5th and now the 6th if they come in tomorrow. Very nice reps, but no apology for my results being late, and to top it off, my call dropped while on hold with the results deptartment, and they called my job back and left a message that anyone can hear about my blood work results and how I can call her back instead of calling the number on my account which is my cell number. I don't think I will be buying from here again. I wish companies would do what they say. You can't say that you and the labs are separate entities because you all chose these companies to partner with. The customer is not interested in separating who is responsible for why what was promised is late. It's now over a week and I still don't have my results.

Walk-In Lab is such an awesome service! I ordered a test a couple of days ago, had my blood drawn yesterday and received the results early this morning in less than 24 hours. This is my second time ordering tests from them and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend for sure!!
