Very smart looking.
The package was delivered on time. It was a present for my daughter, and I had it delivered straight to her home. It was a bonus that it was bow tied nicely as I did not have time to personally wrap it. The size was perfect and it looked very smart on her.

I recently purchased one of the love laura puffa coats in the green. It arrived just before Christmas, tried it on and it was too big. I looked online but size 12 was out of stock, which I was disappointed in as I really loved the coat. I did proceed to return the coat and had completed the online returns. But never got round to taking it to the post office, this is am aware is my own fault.
I have wore the coat once for a few hours and to findout a large tear in thr pocket in the lining. Also I feel that the material has freyed very badly for only a few hours of wearing the coat.
Really disappointed in the quality for such an expensive coat. I buy quite frequently with yourselves and have only ever had to return clothing once, due to the stitching

As for the item you have left us a review about, we received very positive feedback from other customers about our Love Laura Puffa Coat. As for sizing, we have stated on our website/socials many times that they are an oversized coat and if this isn't the look you want, that you should size down.
We will happily repair the rip in the pocket lining if you email hello@wiwsupport.com to get this organised.
A number of staff also have this coat and none of us, along with hundreds of customers have not been disappointed with the quality of the coat, so we are sorry you feel this way.

I order tegularly and am yet to encounter any problems. Quite the reverse! I had to return a few items as they were just a little too over sized.(5ft.2) This was not a problem and girls were pleasant, helpful and welcoming.
