I love shopping at Wallace Cotton. The staff are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The products are excellent quality and delivered in beautiful cotton bags with wonderful bees on them. Love the bags!

Green abd White Striped Duvet
I ordered a duvet cover and it arrived very quickly but it was too big. I returned it to the Wellington Bank arcade store and got the correct size. The lady in there was so helpful and friendly as I had rung her about it and she put the correct size aside for me. Lovely duvet and excellent customer service

Great company to deal with, quality well priced product. Called into Lambton Quay store and purchased an item before Christmas loved it do have just bought another top in different colour. Wallace Cotton Wellington store
I absolutely love Wallace Cotton, especially the Wellington store! The wonderful girls who work there are sooo super helpful, especially the lovely Bailey 🙂 I have had a bit of an obsession with buying cushions for the lounge and bedroom these last few months, and now I've just bought a lovely valance (which BTW is perfect length) and gorgeous duvet set! I love you Wallace Cotton! 😍

I was very happy with the service…
I was very happy with the service provided recently when I made an online purchase which was delivered very quickly and as it was not the colour I wanted I was able to return it and was promptly refunded back to my account.
I find the website easy to navigate and the personal in-store service to be very enjoyable.
