Created an account a month ago but never did anything further. Went to log in today and my password didn't work so I reset it. A few minutes after resetting the password and logging in, I was inexplicably logged out again. When I tried to log back in, my password would not work once again. This time, I don't even receive the password reset emails.
I have contacted customer support but have received no response.

I have been using the app for 3 years now, and have sold quite a lot of stuff I didn’t need / or use!
For Spain, it’s working amazingly good with correos. No need to even create or print a QR code. All are done automatically! Love this.

And it’s safe too! (With your money)!

Consistently bad experience. The only thing ok to do on Wallapop is to sell, but do not be a buyer. DO NOT BUY. It's too risky. The system is made so that it's very hard to return goods. Even if you spot in time the goods aren't correct or as sold, and you (within 48 hours of receiving) manage to register that there's a problem (yes, you have 48 hours, heaven forbid your wife, husband or girl/boy friend accept the delivery and fail to tell you, or it's with a neighbour for 2 days) - even if you manage to spot the problem within 48 hours of delivery it's still really difficult or impossible to register that there IS a problem. The seller marks the sale as '5 stars' and you get no actual say. In my case not once but twice I have been sold goods which were labeled incorrectly. Once it was magnesium wheels, another time it was an engine harness for a specific engine - both times, they weren't as specified. 800 euros for something I don't want and no way to return goods, even though the seller made the mistake (mislabeling).

Because they accept direct credit card payments, there's no safety like using paypal and ebay - you can challenge transactions on paypal - the payment processor alone there does more than wallapop ever does.

So, avoid Wallapop. If you must be on it, only be on it to sell!

Please I bought an item since on the 10th and I was told the item can't be delivered to me because it weighed more than 30 kg how do I get my refund?

No support/No claims/ No returns from this dreadful company. If something goes wrong, (which it does, frequently) I warn you, you are completely on your own!
Also, the sellers, in general are untrustworthy and the buyers constantly make ridiculously low offers that are disrespectful!

I ordered a guitar from Wallapop.
Damages occured in transit, even though the guitar was sufficiently packed.
Wallapop denied to even consider my complaint saying they couldnt verify the condition through the ad, which by the way had photos of the guitar from every angle.
So, this makes me think Buyer's Protection is just an advertise to cativate people to buy and in case it goes wrong, bye bye

Terrible company. I was sold a filthy, ancient baby gate described 'as good as new' in their advert. It was rusty and literally covered in mud and I don't want to think what else. I raised a 'dispute', sent photos and 2 days later they said my dispute was not upheld and they made me pay 45 euro for the item. So much for their 'payment protection'. Avoid like the plague. The item is going straight to the local rubbish dump.

A few hours before the expiry of the shipping time, the saleswoman forced me to pay her an additional €30 via paypal on the pretext that another person was offering her a purchase at €200 and that she therefore wished to cancel the sale. She put pressure on me until the last moment (attached photo of our exchanges). Wishing to buy this painting I paid the supplement.
I do not understand that after accepting the sale the seller can change his mind (when there is agreement on the thing and on the price the sale is perfect and the 2 parties are linked).
Wallapop proved me wrong against this indelicate seller. lamentable

I bought a Motblanc pen with my Visa card and when it arrived I saw it was fake, made a dispute and the seller accepted to return the pen.
Wallapop promised me the money should be back in my account between 5 till 10 working days but after 14 working days my money isn’t still in my banc account. Wallapop send me evidence they transferred it on 31 may but nothing yet.

They asked for feedback, I reacted the service is bad and I haven’t got my money back, no reaction after three days.

The first time I used this app, I thought I had a sale because I received a very official looking email saying that I sold an item. I clicked on the link and somehow I approved for €150 to be taken out of my bank account as a verification step. Only then did I get a message from Wallapop that it was a scammer who messaged me.

NOW, my problem is that I have been trying for DAYS to get my IDENTITY VERIFIED so I can withdraw the funds from my FIRST and ONLY sale into my bank account but no matter what type of documents I provide (passport, ID Card), it still will not verify me as the owner of my bank account. I must have gone through the process about 20 times and have tried many different ways to get the app to accept my IDs but NOTHING WORKS.

I have contacted Customer Service and the only reply I got was a copy/pasted instruction of steps that can be found via their Help Center. I replied to that email explaining ONCE AGAIN the problem I am facing and then its all crickets from there... I opened ANOTHER request to get help and still they do not reply. I tried messaging them on Facebook and Instagram. They are ONLINE on INSTAGRAM and I have bombarded them with comments to answer my DMs. Every single comment on their post is from a person who is just trying to get them to answer their email. What the actual FCK, Wallapop?!? Like is this how you run your business???

Please approve my Identity Verification and GIVE ME THE MONEY THAT I EARNED THROUGH THIS SALE!!!

I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY MONEY FOR A PRODUCT I SOLD! I have tried to contact Wallapop in a million ways and there is no answer anywhere! I sold and shipped my product more than 1 month ago and I didn’t receive my money for it!!! Soo disappointed!!!

Dont use it, i mean, use it to find the item, and then buy what you want outside of it. You want have any guarantee that using the app will get you some sort security. If the seller is a scamer, you will get scammed and wallapop wont do anything

I paid for money back guarantee, but when I received a videogame with an already used code I learned how fake this guarantee is.

I bought a game and it had a missing component and several broken parts. I complained, sent pics and all and ye they said the seller is right and the fault fo the courier. But how is their fault for the missing component? I can understand the broken parts (even tho they are too many) but not the missing component!!!! And I couldn't return the game!!!! So I paid more with their insurance to have nothing. Thank you wallapop!!!!

I have been a Wallapop client from about 1-2 year, buying quite a few items and getting 5 star reviews on all of them. Recently, I bought a microphone and received a fake replica, so I tried to talk with the seller but he obviously didnt want to accept my return, so it got escalated to Wallapop. I was pretty confident I was gonna win, as I had video proof and multiple images as evidence. After logging into the app for about a week daily trying to see if something happened, today Wallapop sided with the seller. Looks like they sent me an email I didnt see (as the email I use on my account its not my main one) and I hadnt responded before 48 hours. Wow, they couldnt have an option to add proof, or send me a notification in the app saying "Send more proof for your dispute", or "You have 48 hours to send proof about your dispute, check your email". Something like that. Im extremely disappointed with the so called Buyer Protection.

Easy to use and buy second hand products. Would improve filters though

worst platform, useless and slow customer service. I sold a down jacket there, customer washed it and spoiled the feather, and after reported it as if I had sold it to them like this. Wallapop just accepted the dispute, the customer received a full return (even the shipping costs) and I got back a spoilt jacket!!! Always think how to protect yourself while selling on this platform!

I bought a mobile phone 1 month ago. It arrived broken. I immediately asked for a refund and support still hasnt answered. Payment pending and seller frustrated. I am waiting for a response still.
