I love the decal. It is perfect. I got exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately, as someone who runs their own business, it was not appreciated that I had to remind the company about my order. I want to give 5 stars but the not remembering my order thing is a big deal to me.

Wouldn't Replace Damaged Product
When it arrived, the product was damaged. I went back and forth with Lindsay, even sending her multiple emails with pictures. She didn't want to replace the damaged product and insisted that it was fine. The installation was rough with the creased vinyl, and it required me to cut it multiple places to get a sub-par-looking decal.

Hey Russell,
When you first contacted us about the decal arriving with a crease, I reviewed the photo and explained that in many cases, minor creases do not affect how the decal looks once applied and smoothed to the wall. I encouraged you to give it a try and that it would likely apply just fine.
I also asked 3 times if you could send a photo of the decal unrolled so I could better assess the damage and advise further. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive that photo, but I did mention we’d be happy to file a UPS claim and replace the decal if there was any issue with it once you installed.
Since we didn’t hear back, we assumed it applied successfully to the wall. I would never want a customer to feel unsupported, and I’m sorry if my responses came across that way. If the decal didn’t install as expected, I’d still love the opportunity to make it right—please don’t hesitate to reach out. I also just sent you an email.

Great Service, Great Quality
Communication was prompt and clear. I didn’t pay to rush it, so it did take a little bit longer than I had hoped - but that’s just because I was anxious to get it. It was on time per their website timeframe advertised. I was a little worried about how it would go up - because of how large as it was - there were some folds in some of the letters. I sat it out for a few days to lay flat and put some heavy things on where it needed. Not sure all that was necessary but I wasn’t taking any chances. It was the right size and quality I expected. It went up perfectly. I followed the instructional video on the site. It’s amazing and I love it.

Was good while it lasted.
The material we purchased did not last more than a week when installed on our shop room wall. Our local vendor told us that with more communication from the vendor, they should have told us to use their most permanent adhesive backing.
