AVOID!

They are crooks and I have reported them to Citizens Advice and sincerely hope they get shut down and held accountable.

It’s a scam

It’s essentially a scam, site looks well presented and legitimate. I ordered items on 03/08/24 and still no update on my order and they’ve ignored all my emails repeatedly. Please avoid at all costs!

Placed my order over a month ago now

Placed my order over a month ago now, still waiting for it. Have been in touch with customer service several times, via the website and email. No response, no update, nothing. Rubbish service, do not buy from WallDrip!!!! Absolutely pathetically useless company.

Really nice product

Really nice product, and a decent price too.

I had to chase up dispatch as I didn't hear anything for a while after ordering. In fairness to the company they were very apologetic for the delay and gave me a free framed picture as a result.

I would definitely use again.

Worst customer experience I ever had

Worst customer experience I have ever experienced. It's has been over a month since I made my purchase and I still haven't received my order and not even a tracking number or any update regarding my order. I tried contacting your customer support more than 4 times and I didn't get any serious response. This is very disappointing:(

First order arrived damaged, but that was probably down to the courier. We’re quick to respond to reported damage, and send out a replacement free of charge. Delivery was slow, but that is again down to the courier (Evri) used, who are without doubt one of the worst in the UK.
