Last year, on April 17, 2025, I purchased an H7 Step-thru Dual Motor 48/60Ah E-bike from Wallke Eu.
My wife and I are very happy with it. Its robust and elegant construction with excellent cycling allows for a fast and safe ride on city streets. Tram tracks seem to not exist, the thick tires are completely safe and cross them without any problems. We do not have very good bike paths in Zagreb, so it is extremely important that I have an e-bike that provides me with perfect safety in those conditions.
As we live in a hilly part of Zagreb with steep streets, it is extremely important that the e-bike can handle it without any effort, and this is not the slightest problem for the H7.
It is also technically well thought out and well manufactured. I have a few minor complaints, but this does not completely spoil our great satisfaction with it.
Thank you for inventing and constructing the perfect e-bike for such conditions.
I can highly recommend the Wallke H7 e-bike we purchased and the friendly and professional communication with the Wallke staff.

Wallke H9 AWD is a good bike, it has a strong frame, good brakes, it rides well even off-road.
Unfortunately, its big weakness is its hub motors, they are very loud and have very little durability.
Personally, I have ridden 4000 km on it since January 2025, but the rear motor makes a very loud squeaking sound when starting off or at lower speeds. I solved it via service wallke, where I sent them a video of the ride with the squeaking sound. Instead of solving the complaint, they are trying to convince me that it is the brake that is doing it :-). I am technically proficient, the bike rides completely quietly without the motor, but they are no longer interested in my problem! They have completely stopped communicating with me.

Their motors do not last even 4000 km, but you will not find that on their website.

I warn all potential buyers against their service, if there are problems with the bike, I will not deal with you, I will stop handling complaints!

Wonderful product, disappointing support
I purchased my H9AWD from the Canadian website. The bike itself is very nice , but my overall experience has been far from positive.
First of all, I had ordered the bike with a top case and mirrors, but it arrived without them. As an alternative, I was offered a rear basket, which I accepted. The package, however, arrived with a broken kickstand (later replaced, but with a different model) and with the basket missing the mounting rods and bolts. I had to take it to my mechanic, who was forced to drill the basket and fabricate custom parts just to install it.
Only later, thanks to a video sent by the company, did I realize that the basket was supposed to come with a full mounting kit—which I had never received. I requested a replacement for the damaged basket, offering to return the one I had been forced to modify, but my request was denied. I may eventually receive the rods and bolts, but the end result is a product that does not match what I purchased.
To make matters worse, the European website shows spare parts as often unavailable, and when they are, the prices are many times higher than market value.
In short:
✅ The bike itself is fine.
❌ Customer service is inadequate, and after-sales support is disappointing.
A product in this price range should not come with such poor assistance.
