damaged paper
The delivery of the wallpaper was excessively late compared to a wallpaper which I purchased from another source. When it did arrive, the wallpaper had not been packed correctly and damaged on the ends of the rolls. These rolls could not be used, and I had to purchase additional wallpaper for my client from another source.

Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into your order and can see it was delivered to you on the 20th March, this was 3 weeks after your placed the order. The item quoted a 3 to 4 week delivery timeframe.
I don't seem to have any record of the damaged wallpaper being reported to us. I will contact you directly to go through this with you as we would have supplied replacements or arranged a refund given the opportunity.
The product I used was terrible
The product I used was terrible. After trying many times for a smooth finish that adhered adequately to the wall I gave up. The mural was paper thin and seemed poor quality. I ended up having to spend money elsewhere to buy another product that worked.

I am sorry you were disappointed with your purchase. It seems there might have been confusion with the installation method. This mural requires a paste the paper method of application as it required time to expand before putting on the wall. By pasting the wall and applying the dry paper to the wet wall you will experience bubbling and therefore smoothing issues.

Order took some time to process, by then the pickup point in Australia was missed. Happily they sent it to New Zealand and all was well.

Absolutely gorgeous wallpaper with…
Absolutely gorgeous wallpaper with delicate floral pattern. We put it in the kitchen sitting area and it perfectly suits the colour of the kitchen cabinets. Very easy to apply, very happy.

I ordered wallpaper from the wallpapershop and it turned up absoloutely beautiful! Rich vibrant colour, excellent paper quality and was a pleasure to install. We had questions and called Andrea and were helped with preperation advice and were able to purchase the best glue product for our situation and it also turned up fast. 10/10, highly recommend.
