Amazing Customer Support
Was looking for an item that was no longer listed on the site. Had to go to the chat to get it resolved. Chat was taking quite some time and I had to leave without resolving the matter. Came home to an email and touched base with the associate that had reached out. Within a few days, the item was back listed on the site and I was able to order what I needed. Always great service with this company.

Product was purchased for the ceiling
Product was purchased for the ceiling. It didn’t quite stick as we had hoped. Would work better if glue was all the way to the ends. Gravity didn’t help. They started to come down. We had to have someone come secure them which cost extra money. But we love the end result.

Wallplanks are light weight, thin and very easy to apply. Just peel and stick to the ceiling, and then use brad nails as reinforcement per the installation instructions.

The email I received stated 5 free samples but when I checked out with the promo code it wouldn't accept it because of another auto discount so I ended up having to pay for the discounted samples along with $9 shipping.

I want something different for my son
I want something different for my son, Room in our new house so I was watching the Georgia clan on YouTube and they make it seem so easy and my God it was I order some wall plank and we did one of his wall as an accent. It came out beautiful. He loves it. I love it. My next project is going to be my staircase as soon as I can get somebody, that’s not scared of heights to measure for me but thank you.

Was able to order free sample shiplap! Just had to pay for shipping, but I’m just glad I was able to get samples before committing to a certain color!

There was (supposedly) a code for free samples
There was (supposedly) a code to get 5 free samples; however when I placed my order the code did not work. CHAT was fruitless and never answered so I placed my order but I will wait until the samples come.

Wouldn’t buy again
While the wallplanks are lovely, I would not say they are easy to install without prior knowledge of how to work with them. I have some plaster and some sheetrocked walls, and the boards did not stick well to plaster without Brad nails and extra glue. They required a circular saw to cut evenly, and I had to order quite a bit extra to make up for pieces that had to be cut smaller. The customer service by text is terrible, and by email is good/ however there is shipping and a restocking fee for returns, which means it’s important to know how much to order and use or else it is easy to go way over budget. While these boards are lovely, I would not buy from this company again.

We are currently working on improving our communication channels such as text, emails, phone system etc. in order to provide better support to our customers. As for the installation of our product, we acknowledge that it is a process which is why we have installation instructions available to follow and serve as a guide. On plaster installations we require a minimum of one coat of pimer sealer prior to installation and make sure that the surface is clean, smooth, dry, flat and structurally sound otherwise you adhesion issues will occur. Once again we would want to apologize for this experience and know that our customer service team is always here to help.
The 2 boxes arrived with the boxes torn…
The 2 boxes arrived with the boxes torn on many sides. So far I have opened one of the boxes (to paint them) and found damaged and dented boards.
I will open the other box soon once these boards dry completely.

Wall planks are great, but not the trim pieces.
The actual wall planks are great! The two trim pieces arrived with the back piece unglued, and I was also disappointed that the trim pieces aren’t the same peel and stick design.
UPDATE: The response to both my review and email did not address the two trim pieces arriving with the back pieces unglued. I understood that the trim pieces are not peel-and-stick like the wall planks are, I was only voicing my disappointment. This was a separate statement from the fact that the trim pieces are made of two parts and obviously came unglued because I have 4 separate pieces of a two-piece trim order. No mention of replacements was made by the company, so I dropped the rating from 4 to 2
stars.

I ordered 4 samples and they arrived quickly. The ones I received are all very nice and heavy. We are still working on our remodeling so haven’t pulled the trigger on our choice. Waiting on countertops 💛
