Getting your own coaches and having the modules is fantastic for anyone who is not super familiar with the IB space. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is trying to break into the industry.

Sam explains the technical part in such an easy way to understand. It was much easier to understand these concepts going through the module rather than trying to memorize Mergers & Inquisition 400 questions guide. You also get to be a part of a great community, where everyone is willing to help you.

Great program so far with lots of resources that pretty much explain and prepare you for the entire process. The program only lacked that personal 'coaching' relationship which would've made it better. Would prefer if it could be customized further rather than everyone doing the same thing. Overall, 100% useful for recruiting for IB and best resource you can find.

Good program

Modules are extremely helpful in interview prep not just for IB but for any job. The 24/7 support is incredibly helpful, and the Slack community is always available to help you succeed.

I was able to learn so much more in a 3 month course than I learned in all my accounting classes through a whole college career. My resume was a disaster initially, and now I have recruiters that I know for executive roles that have looked over my revised resume from Sam and the rest of the coaching staff. They basically said it was perfect thanks to Sam. I also learned how to network and become much more concise with emailing people that I’m networking with. I also wouldn’t have been able to realize all the powerful resources I have to network with bankers increase people’s awareness of me as a person interested in breaking into the industry. I also loved more than anything that Sam would check in and be completely honest if my progress through the program was lacking and I wasn’t putting enough time to it. I really loved the accountability they kept on track with to push me to work through fatigue and feelings of doubt throughout the program.

I think the program is great. I've found the breakdown for the videos on the technical side to be great at teaching the process of banking rather than just going through a long list of interview questions. Been very helpful in interviews to have a much better conceptual understanding than having 400 questions memorized.

After having completed multiple different courses on IB behavioural/technical question prep, WSMM is by far the best and most comprehensive. You learn everything you need to know starting from 0 in the most effective and efficient way possible. The coaches are great and always eager to help making the recruitment process much less daunting.

Great mentorship from coaches in the program, who have recruited for IB internships. The network of WSMM people are also the best, always willing to help out each other. Whenever you have an upcoming interview or something comes up last minute, the coaches and the community is there to help you! Really recommend to those fully set on an investment banking or even private equity career.

The program is excellent for simplifying the transition into investment banking. Sam and his team are highly skilled and have developed an outstanding platform that genuinely supports their students. They also ensure you stay on track by holding you accountable. If you're undecided, I strongly recommend going for it; the investment is well worth it.

Overall the programs is great. It provides/teaches everything you need to succeed in the recruitment process including networking and interviews(behavioral and technical). Additionally its great to have people who always answer your questions whenever you need.
