the direction was not print correctly…
the direction was not print correctly so the parcel arrived 10 days later and i had to drive 9 km to get it !!

Fast delivery. Nice boxes with candy. The candy is full of flavor. Small cubes, and a lot of flavors. Liguorice, caffee, lemon, mango. I eat very day some cubes, en its a daily pleasure to taste some Wally and Whiz cubes.

Bad customer experience
Product is great - if they deliver the correct product. Contacted them 14 days ago about a wrong order and tried to reach them twice. In the mean time they have spend time creating at least 3 newsletters but the service is completely missing.

Package was not delivered to shipping address, but to a GLS point 200km from the address. I have written in, but yet to receive a response overnight.

The address on the parcel was correct, so this was unfortunately an error on the shipping company's part—something we are unable to control once the package leaves our warehouse.
However, we understand how frustrating this must be for you. To make things right, we are immediately resending your parcel from our storage, and it should arrive at the hotel well before your friend’s arrival.
