Exceptional service, great product & pricing

Exactly the style I'd been wanting, on special offer at a great price - super-easy, accurate order & delivery process. What made it outstanding: staff contacted me directly about a (very minor) flaw in the product & offered a significant discount in addition to the special offer. Truly exceptional service, not to mention a good product & good pricing.

Great shop with great service

I have bought online from Walsh shoes several times. The chat box is very responsive with advice. I need a wide fit and always find a selection in this category. The delivery is prompt. On one occasion I needed to return the boots and my refund was prompt.
