However, we’d like to clarify that your original account was permanently deactivated due to activity that violated our Terms of Service. This decision was communicated to you directly after your original subscription ended, and you were informed at that time that access would not be reinstated.

Despite that, a second account was later created under a different email. Creating new accounts to bypass a prior ban is itself a violation of our Terms, and the system flagged and closed the second account accordingly.

You claim that you were charged unexpectedly, yet our checkout process clearly allows customers to toggle between monthly and annual plans before subscribing. The annual plan is billed upfront, and this information is explicitly displayed on both our pricing page and checkout screen before purchase confirmation. The total cost was shown in large, bold text before you manually approved the payment. The charge was neither hidden nor misleading. You were billed $132 because that is the plan you selected—suggesting otherwise is dishonest.
